We understand that your fridge has too much frost.
Moisture forms in the fridge when warm air enters through a door left open, warm or hot items are stored inside, or compartments are not sealing properly. When moisture freezes, it becomes to frost. So let's look at where the frost is and what we can do to prevent it from happening in the future. Please see the link for more details.

Nice but wouldn’t recommend

This refrigerator simply stopped working after less than 2 years. They made me wait 4 month between fixes to just tell me at the end it's unfixable and they will no cover it. They do not honor their warranty what so ever. They will fabricate an excuse to not grant it after it stops working out of the blue. Worst company ever. You are goin to loss your money GUARANTEED.

Delivery issues for installation

Only issue was the installers was unable to disconnect water line from old refrigerator. Had to call a plumber to shutoff the water supply, remove the old copper line from the wall spout and from the old refrigerator. My cost for an emergency plumber trip charge of $50 to remove. Is this a reimbursable cost to me? Other than this issue I'm pleased with the Samsung, beautiful. Another I'd originally ordered a Frigedaire on 10/8/2020 with a forecast date of 2/4/2021.

It has been 2 MONTHS. Many repair visits still have not fixed it, I don’t want to deal with this anymore, I want a replacement fridge or my money back. I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS when every appliance decides to die one at a time. THATS WHY I BOUGHT ALL NEW ONES . THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH. I need help here. The phone calls mean nothing , the repairs still haven’t worked. My wife and I have had to take too many days off work and 2 months later I still have no fridge. This is enough for me to never buy another Samsung product, sell all of these and tell everyone the same. JUNK
