    I have nothing bit problems with Samsung producys. Weather it is the fridge, dishwasher, stove or microwave, all products have disappointed. Hsd no choice, as that was installed in my flipped hoise. Had to finally replace my fordge afyer years of problems. Stay away from any samsung appliances!

    DONT USE BEST BUY TO BUY APPLIANCES

    DO NOT BUY A FRIDGE FROM BEST BUY!!! I have trauma from the experience - it took 3 months, 6 failed deliveries, hours spent on hold, and an employee named Jennifer that was the epitome of this crime scene of an order. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company and I will never be shopping here again.

    Bad store i will not order any more applances i recieved my package with wrong microwave and not working referegator and the guys i the store very rude they said they cant replace it i have to take a nother brand do not buy from them any more

    Dont buy from beat buy

    Best buy canceled the delivery at last minute without ever notifying me. Lost a vacation day for no reason. Contacted best buy was told a manager would call me. Never got a call back. Dont buy from best buy.

    Samsun refrigerator

    Good looking refrigerator and spacious but mine worked for a few days and stoped working after . Samsum came to the house couldn’t repair. A nightmare returning this thing . All the food got ruined .

    Do not waste your money

    After a mess up on delivery, it does not work! All my food spoiled and Best Buy offered me a 50$ gift card for hundreds of dollars of food! Terrible customer service also!

    Samsung makes awful appliances. I have had problems with the refrigerator and dishwasher within the first three years of buying. They are not durable. The appliances easily scratch and dent.
