Very nice clean cut Right on temperature A lot of space

Great refrigerator, it keeps food very cold which is good. I love the icemaker, its super economical.

Even though I could not get the fridge I wanted quickly, I am happy with this Samsung side by side. It is roomier than I expected and so far is working perfectly! The 2 gentlemen that delivered, installed and removed my old fridge were so very accommodating, even moved sofa for me to make the delivery easier. I hope you can get their names from my records and reward them for excellent customer service.

This is the first refrigerator we have ever purchased (married 25 years), we have only had hand me downs. I love the side by side vs. a lower drawer. My only complaint is the water/ice machine. The ice machine is a little delayed and once it does come out it doesn't stop right away. The water dispenser is difficult because it is pushed out too far, so you have to use two hands to push the button and hold the glass. We have a few towels on the ground because if the ice doesn't over flow the glass wasn't far enough out and water pours down the front of the fridge. Beside that the refrigerator it self is really great!

This fridge is the perfect size. Modern, sleek look, I love that there are no bulky handles. There are also wheels on the bottom that makes this fridge easy to move if you would need to. So happy with my purchase!

Got this in the scratch and dent section for our garage. It did have scratches and dents but we got it for $475. It is a GREAT size, both fridge and freezer. Only drawback is a smaller than optimal ice maker. We love our fridge!

The delivery and installation were great! We like the tall space between shelves, although having a way to stop the shelves from lifting up if a sticky item attaches itself to the shelf would be nice. Couldn’t tell this as we looked over the store model. A light above the water and ice dispenser would be recommended. We really like ease with which we can wipe off any fingerprints if needed.

So far, so good. Gets super cold. Lots of storage space.

This fridge is absolutely beautiful! I have never loved a fridge as much as I do this one! It's very spacious and keeps everything cold perfectly. I would highly recommend purchasing it! The only thing I count as a flaw is having to get used to the door going all the way to the floor. I have hit my foot and scrapped it up opening the fridge door forgetting that it goes to the floor.

Shopped several stores and online Best Buy had the best price, delivery and installation. Love the product.

All is as expected. Fits the space requirements and a newer version of the previous model.

Honestly, I only purchased this fridge because of Samsung‘s somewhat reputable brand and super simple modern design. I wanted a fridge that matched my new homes other appliances. But that manufacture keeps going on backorder so I settled on this one as it is one of the few black stainless fridges that doesn’t have any handles and was readily available.

Not the greatest Ice maker I've ever had and i don't like the fact you have to shut the water off to change the filter but all around good fridge plenty of space.

Only downfall is the shelves are not adjustable. Was cold enough to use a couple hours after plugging it in. The door open alarm is nice if you have kids that leave it open. Water and ice on door can be locked out. Lighting is super bright, you can see everything that might be hiding behind something else. I really like the digital readout for the temp over the older models that just had a knob labeled 1-5

Well first off, I usually read reviews on items that I plan to purchase but this was kind of a last minute buy. Our old fridge started going out and we took a chance on this one because it was on sale. I love Samsung products but have never bought their Refrigerators. We recently purchased a Samsung Washing Machine and love it. After buying the fridge, I went online just to check reviews and I can honestly say I dont know where the negative comments are coming from. I have nothing but high marks for this side by side Samsung refrigerator. Plenty of room for all items and the ice maker is top notch. Makes plenty of ice for us, two people in home. I guess if you have 5 or 6 people using it you would deplete the ice bin, but for us thats not the case. Everyone puts the icemaker down,but we have had nothing but good luck with it. The stainless look of fridge is very stylish. Nothing but happy so far.

I was extremely proud of this purchase. It is perfect if you have a large family beacuse all the food actually fits and the features are really great. Always cold and definitely freezing. One of the Best Buys ive made in a while.
