Working very well so far good installation team was very professional

We recently moved and bought all new appliances. Our refrigerator was one wonderful purchase. All the products that we purchased were a Samsung. It did take a little of time for them to all get delivered and installed but we have them all now and we love our Samsung house!

Love this refrigerator. It's very quiet and very spacious.

We have always owned samsung appliances, naturally i wanted a nee fridge that matched my other appliances. Overall i am slightly dissatisfied with the ice maker design / water dispenser. It fits awkwardly and we always end up making a mess on my hardwood floor.

Great fridge. Tons of storage in fridge and freezer. First a large size pizza on the shelf with no problems in the fridge. The ice maker in the door works great and takes up way less soon than those on the shelf style.

Transformed the look of my kitchen. Works well too

Nice appliance at an excellent price. Quick delivery with timely delivery updates. Note that if the item needs to have the doors removed to get it through the doorway into your home/building, the delivery staff will not do that if you haven't paid for "installation" at the time of purchase.

Love love this refrigator. It has amazing room both fridge and freezer side. Freezer has ice maker but on side of door so it doesn't take away from freezer shelving like most new ones have. Fridge has extra door shelves for extra added space. Highly recommended.

Good price but the most important thing works fine for every day use especially with kids

Refrigerator works great . My only issue was with the delivery and supposedly installation. The workers also did a dent on the freezer door of my refrigerator. They rescheduled my installation for a random date which I wasn’t aware of nor notified and definitely didn’t agree on because I wasn’t even in town .

I have had this product for almost a year and half. The fridge and freezer are great. Very roomy keeps the temp you set. Controls are easy to use. Finding the right water filter was a bit of a pain but was found. Absolutely TERRIBLE icemaker. Its tiny and takes forever to make the small amount of ice that it holds. It has a mind of its own. It decides weather you are getting crushed or cubed. It doesn't matter what button you choose. If you are a family that likes ice you will still need to use the top shelf of the freezer for ice trays because you will always be out of ice.

Out last refrigerator broke and I saw the reviews on the Samsung. I liked no handles and more cubic feet but it still fit in the same spot as our old one. Good size storage and deep space. The only issue I had so far is where the water comes out as it is a bit awkward in placement of the cup but overall I am very satisfied.

I love this fridge!! It is a beautiful appliance with lots of space. The finish and no handles makes it easier to clean. It has an alarm to let you know the door is propped open which is very nice also. My only hiccup was programming digital temp settings but I replaced an older fridge that did not have that option.

We purchased a Whirlpool fridge a year ago (not from Best Buy) and had a ton of issues with it. We said enough is enough and went to Best Buy to look for a replacement. This fridge was in our budget and it has been great. The ONLY thing I wish it had was a light in the water/ice dispenser on the door...but it’s not a deal breaker!

Excellent fridge freezer. Works well so far. Ice maker and water dispenser working but plastic seems flimsey. We will have to wait and see how long it will last. So far very happy with the purchase.

Well made and ergonomic. Plenty of room. Not overly noisy.
