One is I couldn’t use my Best Buy visa credit card The delivery men had hard time. It wouldn’t fit through the front door. They had to take it around the back and go in through the lanai sliding doors. They had to work very hard. But it finally was installed and all is well.

Samsung Should Make a Better Product

Small and noisy ice maker, no light illumination of water and ice dispenser, and very poor organization in the refrigerator compartment (need another drawer). This is what happens when your fridge dies and need a new one desperately. Also, no floor model at Best Buy all translates to a dud of a purchase.

NO CRISPER BINS, no light bulb for water!!!

And my biggest issue>>>NO CRISPER bin/s. I mean, who hasn't had a crisper in the last 20+ years? Even the cheapest and cheesiest fridges I've owned or seen have had crispers. I know people mostly complain about the lack of deli meat drawer but if you actually eat fresh vegetables, how can anyone not have mentioned the lack of even one crisper bin??? To me, that is the biggest sin of them all. I have yet to experience the ice dispenser problem or the motor problems everyone has mentioned so wish me luck. Oh, and good luck getting all the plastic wrapping off the fridge. So disappointed with this purchase. Ironically, not even a cheap fridge so come on, Samsung!!!

The doors open in a 90 degree angle making the fridge door pop out wider than the actual fridge so be careful when measuring this fridge. With the doors closed, it fit perfectly in the spot but we were unable to open the doors. And not fingerprint resistance

Samsung replacing Fridgedaire

It’s a real dark gray, stainless steel. Ultimately, it fits in nicely with solid black stove and OTR microwave. This is 2 cu ft larger than what I replaced. The ice maker takes up a lot less room and is also in the door, as opposed to freezer compartment. It hold a lot less ice though. My only complaint, albeit minor, is the ice coming through the dispenser in the door, doesn’t kick in right away and tad bit slower dispense that my previous fridge. Overall, though, pleased.

Just takes time to get used to the new sounds on any new appliances; no issues just a light sleeper!
