To be fair, it is the nicest that fits into the space in our new house, but it is not as nice as the Whirlpool at our old house. This one is cramped for interior space, makes random buzzing noises, and has no illumination in the water/ice dispenser. These are small items, and for the price difference with Whirlpool, should be there. Samsung customer service is terrible. I’ve called about the buzzing, and received no assistance. I’ll buy Samsung televisions, but stick with other brands for a fridge.

Our refrigerator went out we lost almost everything in it. Went to best buy and had an excellent experience shopping, they delivered the refrigerator in a few days. We were looking for a black stainless steel fridge other places it would take a month or more but not Best buy they got our order in and we got it a few days later.

I have had this refrigerator over a year & works great. You can conveniently get the filters for it a local home improvement store or Amazon. The crushed ice setting seems to take a little longer to crush ice, but not a big deal. Overall it was a good purchase for the price & quality. I highly recommend it.

The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating is the ice maker. It makes ice slowly. You will need to keep bagged ice of you have a large family or entertain.

The ice dispensing is a little slow, and if I'm making ice tea i have to supplement with bought. The freezer freezes and the fridge cools. Basic but important. The door does go all the way to the floor so I've scraped my bare feet a couple of times. Nice big door shelves that hold a lot.

The only con about this unit is that the ice dispenser can be slow to dispense ice, it hasn't been anything that has driven me to insanity however if you don't like waiting an extra few seconds for your ice to pop out then just take that into consideration.

The inside lights up so I can see everything on each shelf all the way to the back. Its about the same size as the one we replaced, but has so much more room! I love the space in the drawers, too!

This fridge has no light at the water source, honestly that should be a standard feature. It’s so nice to see the cup your filling. Also, regarding the water/ice, the return is very far forward. It only fills large cups - so if you have a small cup and forget, the water completely misses the cup and goes straight to the floor. Otherwise, you have to use both hands one to hold the cup in the exact right place, and the other to push the button. Also, I have to clean the front every single day. It is very tone to fingerprints, smudges and streaks. Otherwise, it’s a great size for the price and matches all of other Samsung appliances.
