We had been looking for a side by side and this one checked all the boxes

so far its been a great fridge, we got a bit more storage than our previous fridge. the only down side is the shelves are not adjustable. or if they are i havent found a way to do it. lol the ice box is a bit smaller than my previous fridge

Love doing business with Best Buy. Delivery is always on time or earlier, never had any reason to complain !! Items are always great and have never had to return items or have installers to make a return trip. Thank you Best Buy, Karl

This is a great solution for your house or office. We were looking for a fridge that has enough capacity for for 25 people lunches and being able to provide water so we eliminate space in the counter. This fridge has everything. Really happy with the purchase.

Love the sleekness of the doors. Very classy. Only reason not rated5 is the glass shelves. They are very VERY thin!

Alot of space to hold everything. One downside is having to take of the doors the water lines are alittle bit of a pain to get to, to disconnect. Instruction manual doesnt do the best job of telling you how to detach.

We are absolutely in love with this fridge. It is the right size, and we use the front water/ice dispenser all the time.

perfect. i like how it beeps if u leave it open too long. i like how u can get ice while doors are open. i like how theres a freezer light. its definitely smudge proof. aesthetically pleasing big time. no drip either from water dispenser.

We like our new refrigerator. Our previous refrigerator was 19 years old & needed to be replaced. Obviously, the newer refrigerator has so many upgrades with things like the ice & water dispensers which is great, but it took us awhile to figure the instructions in the manual to prep the ice maker. This comment is not meant as a complaint, it is just like any other new device, we just had to work a little harder to get the prep understood & working per the instructions for the water & ice maker.

The color is perfect, no smudges, enough space for my veggies, fruits and cartons of eggs, the door houses my bottled drinks. Love this refrigerator.

Nice refrigerator. Very spacious. Nothing super fancy (fewer things to break down). The ice cube capacity is less than my old fridge. It only fills a small cooler. Having the ice cube area in the door- there is more shelf space in the freezer.

This Samsung refrigerator offers great value for its price. It works great and we feel that the layout offers more space to store your items inside. It is also easy to reach and find items. Cooling is even across all regions.

Perfect purchase for my daughter moving into her first home. Price point was exact for this item.

We love our new refrigerator. The adjustment are easy to understand and the panel inside the door is easy to see the temperature.

Pretty good fridge.. might be haunted by a kitten and some fire works but functions great… lol

I did extensive research before buying this fridge. The reviews were overwhelmingly positive, so, after comparing it for hours with other fridges, I pulled the trigger and purchased it. I waited 4 hours for the first delivery; when it arrived, the fridge was so damaged, the doors wouldn't even close. I obviously refused the delivery and waited for someone from Best Buy to contact me about a replacement, which never happened. I got to wait on hold several times for hours at a time to arrange another delivery. Upon the second delivery, I was excited to lose another 4 hours of my life waiting, which is exactly what happened. The fridge was delivered (again) and the ice maker stopped working about a week later. I called Samsung for service and got to spend another entire day waiting on the repairman. He was quite possibly the most inefficient person I've ever worked with and did absolutely nothing to help me with my BRAND NEW fridge that had stopped working. The ice maker eventually magically started "working" again on its own, but I literally have to wait several minutes for just a couple of ice cubes to drop in my cup. It is unbelievable how long this thing takes to dispense ice (if/when it's actually working). The ice capacity is also so low that if you have a family, you'll definitely run out of ice on any given day. In this situation, I've found that Samsung won't do anything for me, Best Buy won't do anything for me, so apparently I'm just stuck with this subpar product for the next 15 years until it's time to buy a new one. I've purchased ALL my appliances in the past 15 years from Best Buy and recently ALL Samsung products and am appalled by the lack of customer service. Time to move on!

Delivery was on time and smooth. I was not home but my wife said it could not have gone better. The delivery guys were courteous and professional and work quickly and carefully. This Samsung was a great choice. it is working very well. Thanks!

Don’t let the side by side fool you - it’s huge. We replaced our French door fridge with this Samsung side-by-side and love it. Definitely would recommend to others.
