Very happy with our new fridge. Love its simple and modern look to go with its large 28 cu ft capacity. Lots of space in door bins too and the ice maker seems to keep up well too !!

We wanted to stay loyal to the Samsung brand since we've always been very happy with their products. Our previous Samsung refridgerator was almost nineteen years old and never had a single problem with it. When I saw this side by side model, I immediately liked the design. The stainless steel exterior is attractive with clean lines. The interior is very spacious in both the freezer and the refridgerator. It's well lit and very easy to view the contents. The shelves are quite deep and perfectly spaced for our needs. I wouldn't change anything about it.

Love the space and the design. The downside is fingerprints left on the edge of the panels - hence the 4 stars... but if that doesn't bother you then it's a 5 star.

The refrigerator presents very nicely. And I really like the interior lighting when the door(s) are open. Plenty of room inside and I do like that the in-door shelve all hold gallon jugs!!! Cons - I didn't think I'd miss it, but there's no butter storage. It's just shelves. We'll probably put a basket in one of the door shelves to hold the little things we used to put in the butter storage. There's no drawer for sandwich meat & cheese. Just the 2 drawers at the very bottom and the very bottom drawer is deep, but pretty small. So you can fill it with stuff, but you'll be digging around looking for what you want. The ice-maker is pretty slow and there is a limited (small) capacity for stored ice. We bought ice bins and put them in the top shelf so that we have plenty of ice on hand. So there are some cons, but there are also very inexpensive solutions. Overall, I'd definitely buy this refrigerator, again

So, this is a refrigerator I had to SETTLE FOR, I went in store bought a new refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The original refrigerator I bought was to be delivered a week later which was fine, it gets here and it’s dented all over the front of it.I call customer service and I’m told it’s back ordered until July, which didn’t work for me, picked out a different refrigerator which is this one. It comes a week later. So by now we’re 2 weeks out from my original purchase. Delivery day comes for this refrigerator and they take my old refrigerator out it’s dismantled on the grass they open this one and it’s dented as well, I call customer service I’m told just keep this refrigerator and they will send me a replacement that’s not damaged. Ok fine. A few days go buy and my actual refrigerator gets delivered and guess what this one is dented on the side. I opted to keep it cause I was already feed up with Best Buy buy then, I had already been told I’d receive a gift card between $50-$200 for all of the inconvenience in regards to this entire purchase. (Side note the microwave I ordered I got a mail that night saying it was back ordered until may, mind you this was in March, I find the microwave at a store 30min away and in order to have this microwave here for installation day I had to go pick it up or wait until May, so I picked it up). Bottom line is this a good refrigerator yes it’s ok, not the one I wanted but the one most similar to what I bought. The refrigerator does have lots of space and so does the freezer. Today I did receive a gift card in the mail for the amount of $99.54 I guess they couldn’t give those extra cents to even make it a even $100. Needless to say, this buying experience wasn’t the greatest. Which is crazy cause not even a month before this purchase, I had bought a washer and dryer set and that order and deliver was easy and on time. But after this purchase I’m a little hesitant for future purchases.

Great deal! The best part about this side by side is the ice maker is in the door leaving a lot of room for the freezer. Other models take up a good portion of the to top where this one does not.

I upgraded from an old fridge to this one. The space is great, the build quality is great and I love the lighting inside of it. So far it was worth it.

Excellent second frig for the garage. No complaints regarding its function, temperature. And… it’s very quiet. I highly recommend this product.

Beautiful fridge. Love the sleek no gandle look. The size /depth is perfect. No water if thats what you are looking for, there is an ice maker. Highly recomend this beauty.

Upgraded my refrigerator to this spacious fridge and I am in love. It is spacious and beautifully designed good enough for a family of 5. Worth the money i spent on it.

I love my new fridge. It is very sleek and modern. Very nice and got it at a great price. It cools and has great storage. Cleans easy, looks beautiful.

We have had our refrigerator for a few weeks now. First impressions are very positive! Incredibly quiet operation! The only negative... It took a couple weeks for our ice machine to begin producing ice. You could hear it “fill” the tray but no water for a while. I am assuming is how long it took to purge all the air from the system (If there was a “priming” operation to set it up I must have missed that in the manual).

Looks fantastic, however make sure to measure your space and compare to product dimensions as doors are very thick and need more width than most other fridges to open. Lighting and shelf spacing inside is amazing. We use bottled water dispenser, so the inline wasn't needed - however the small built-in (internally accessible) ice maker saves a lot of room unlike most fridges with old ice makers or exterior dispensers. Watch those fingers when opening the doors- if you grab the inside edge of the door instead of the door integrated handle you're in for a painful reminder.

Beautiful fridge with plenty of volume inside. It’s a little deeper than most fridges I’ve owned (wish it was a little wider instead). Lighting inside is good, but could be a little brighter. Love that it has app connectivity (can control settings from your smartphone). Great product for the price.
