'refrigerator great - service is not

I have spent hours trying to get them to understand I have ONE refrigerator in my home and their Geek Squad who brought the first refrigerator - a whirlpool - took it out of my home and put in the second refrigerator - the Samsung, within days of each other and have lost the first refrigerator and so they are still charging me. I have talked to 17 different people about this and it is not cleared up. so the refrigerator is great - the service is not.
