I got this refrigerator installed by Best Buy on 12/18 and one day later it stoped working and kept tripping and I had to reset the switch. I called Best Buy and they were nice and came on 12/21 to replace it with another one. It worked fine for 3 days and now I have the same exact problem happening again. It keeps tripping and I have the reset the switch to make it start. I had to throw so much food since I had to travel and when I came back it wasn’t working and I couldn’t tell how long it had been since it stopped working. Guess, I need to go with a different brand of refrigerator to replace this one with. I am so disappointed.

We recommend your fridge is plugged into its own circuit. If you need an extension cord, ensure that it uses only a 3-wire extension cord with a 3-blade grounding plug and a 3-slot receptacle that will accept the plug on the appliance.
The marked rating of the extension cord should be AC 115-120 V, 10 A, or more. If a grounding adapter is used, ensure the receptacle box is fully grounded.

I asked and made sure that my new house was serviceable and they could ship my appliances to my new home. They said they could. So I prayed for those services, shipping and installation. They called multiple times between today and 9 months ago affirming the installation date and address saying everything was good. Today they called me, 3 weeks before the insulation date, saying they could not install or ship my appliances to my house because my house is outside of their service zone. I have talked to multiple people today and no one can fix this issue. Needless to say, I'm not happy that I now I have to figure out how to ship and install my own appliances right before I'm going to move. Very dissatisfied with customer service.

Too Cold A Refrigerator

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The refrigerator air temperature using 2 thermometers never gets above 32 degrees even when I have set the temperature control to the maximum level of 44 degrees. Some shelves register 26 degrees. Very unhappy since some liquids come close to freezing. Samsung says the air temperature should be 37 degrees.
