This a great refrigerator for the price. Easy to see all the items on the shelfs. But it you don't have it stalled, asked the delivery person to take it off the platform.

Difficult to review from now because it had a problem which is the right hand side was not cooling down properly I called Samsung service and they immediately initiated a service call which took seven days before I saw the technician but they sent repair parts ahead of time so technician would be able to repair immediately. The problem was one wire which was shorted and prevented the cooling fan from running. Now one week later the refrigerator is cooling at 34° as requested. Hopefully is very elegant And roomy refrigerator will run all the time without any problems. Technician stated there is a lack of quality control at the factory

Love the fridge. Only thing is i wish the shelves were adjustable for some items. Overall its a great fridge.

The Samsung Fridge is great. It has plenty of shelves and an abundance of space also.

Awesome refrigerator. It works great, temperature is stable, and lots of room to store food in both freezer and the refrigerator. The layout of the shelves provides the necessary space to store large items. It looks nice.

Excellent capacity, layout of shelving works really well. Easy to program and runs quiet, so far we are extremely happy with this fridge.

Product and price were great. Response to a question I had about the product , not so much. I purchased a new refrigerator and had it delivered. The delivery persons neglected to leave me a manual for my new refrigerator. When I called customer service and told them I wanted a copy of the manual they acted like it was an odd request. They offered to send a copy online and I told them that was fine but, I wanted a printed copy also. When their customer service number acted like they couldn’t supply a hard copy, I called the store directly. They never returned my call at all. Pleased with my refrigerator, not so pleased with Best Buy. I have made purchases from them before with no problems. I was surprised this time. All I can say is Best Buy be careful, consumers have other options.

This is the absolute best refrigerator I have ever owned. It is very roomy in both the freezer side and the refrigerator side. It is well lite and easy to see every item. I really appreciate how quiet it runs. I never hear it at all. It was also a great value and very attractive. Also, doesn't show finger prints. I now have two of them. You won't be disappointed.

Used for over a year and a half in my apartment, no issues. Plenty of space

We looked at several refrigerators and decided to go with this one because it was the perfect size for the spaces in our house, it was the best price, and it has its own ice maker.

Pros: 1. Modern interface. 2. Large capacity. 3. Very quite compare to French door Whirlpool. Cons: 1. Unreliable, died after 4 years. 2. Get the 5 year service contract and be ready to replace it after 5 years.

The fridge was delivered today and it’s very nice looking and works well so far. It fits fairly flush against my wall which is nice since it’s against a blank wall rather than having a cabinet above or beside it. Fortunately the timing worked to have the current fridge relocated before the new one came since those were on separate orders and done by different companies who didn’t know about each other and were both coming at the same time.

Love our new Samsung fridge. This is our extra poolhouse fridge. Love all the extra space for drinks and food when entertaining and all the sauces and condiments that normally take up room in our indoor fridge.

Looking for a side by side fridge was not easy. Other stores didn't have them to view. Other stores said that "no one buys them, you should get this one" well, I didn't want "that one". Went to best buy. They had the fridge I was looking for on display as well as other options... I picked the Samsung due to the price and it had the features I wanted... And not all the stuff I would never use. There is tons of room in the unit I picked and so far it has been a joy to own. The unit I had before had a bottom freezer... you had to stack everything on top of each other and get on your hands and knees to dig stuff out. Delivery was very easy. The guys who came to install it were awesome!

Nice size 28 cf good shelf layout and well lit , unit could options use another Separate drawer for meats and cheeses ( which I added , adapted / recycle from old fridge) .I also added a drawer on freezer side too

The fridge works great (cooling and freezer) and it has plenty of storage for all types of items. It is not as bulky as I anticipated, which worked out well.

So, this is a refrigerator I had to SETTLE FOR, I went in store bought a new refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The original refrigerator I bought was to be delivered a week later which was fine, it gets here and it’s dented all over the front of it.I call customer service and I’m told it’s back ordered until July, which didn’t work for me, picked out a different refrigerator which is this one. It comes a week later. So by now we’re 2 weeks out from my original purchase. Delivery day comes for this refrigerator and they take my old refrigerator out it’s dismantled on the grass they open this one and it’s dented as well, I call customer service I’m told just keep this refrigerator and they will send me a replacement that’s not damaged. Ok fine. A few days go buy and my actual refrigerator gets delivered and guess what this one is dented on the side. I opted to keep it cause I was already feed up with Best Buy buy then, I had already been told I’d receive a gift card between $50-$200 for all of the inconvenience in regards to this entire purchase. (Side note the microwave I ordered I got a mail that night saying it was back ordered until may, mind you this was in March, I find the microwave at a store 30min away and in order to have this microwave here for installation day I had to go pick it up or wait until May, so I picked it up). Bottom line is this a good refrigerator yes it’s ok, not the one I wanted but the one most similar to what I bought. The refrigerator does have lots of space and so does the freezer. Today I did receive a gift card in the mail for the amount of $99.54 I guess they couldn’t give those extra cents to even make it a even $100. Needless to say, this buying experience wasn’t the greatest. Which is crazy cause not even a month before this purchase, I had bought a washer and dryer set and that order and deliver was easy and on time. But after this purchase I’m a little hesitant for future purchases.

The refrigerator presents very nicely. And I really like the interior lighting when the door(s) are open. Plenty of room inside and I do like that the in-door shelve all hold gallon jugs!!! Cons - I didn't think I'd miss it, but there's no butter storage. It's just shelves. We'll probably put a basket in one of the door shelves to hold the little things we used to put in the butter storage. There's no drawer for sandwich meat & cheese. Just the 2 drawers at the very bottom and the very bottom drawer is deep, but pretty small. So you can fill it with stuff, but you'll be digging around looking for what you want. The ice-maker is pretty slow and there is a limited (small) capacity for stored ice. We bought ice bins and put them in the top shelf so that we have plenty of ice on hand. So there are some cons, but there are also very inexpensive solutions. Overall, I'd definitely buy this refrigerator, again
