My Fridge my highlight

The first time I understood and was patient with the way Samsung handles but this time it’s a nightmare. Technicians are available for appt. a week after you call. But before this you need to call a million times to get someone to actually book you because the phone service gets all your info and then they say to wait for a call back. This is a $2700 refrigerator. It should not be breaking after a year and families should not have to wait a week for an essential appliance to get fixed. I’m a disappointed at Samsung and will not buy any Samsung appliances after this.
