Dear Samsung, I’m so disappointed, and feel very unseen and unheard. My brand new, TWO MONTH OLD fridge has been broken for a month due to a broken compressor. A technician came to diagnose it, and said he would be back in a week with a new compressor. This sounded inconvenient— I have a baby and a toddler, and having a fridge is especially important for their health and diet needs. But I know that things happen sometimes and so I was gracious and patient. A week went by and the technician came back, but to his surprise the new compressor was also damaged. It would be another week before he could get a second replacement. Another week without a fridge for my family. But these things happen, and I decided to stay positive and patient. (All while feeding my family Ramen noodles and soup from a can for another week). Well today we got a call that the new compressor came, and lo and behold it is ALSO damaged. Three damaged compressors. A month without a fridge. And to top it off, Thanksgiving is next week and we are hosting my entire family at my house. I was frustrated but confident that if we called Samsung, surely they would help make this right. But I was wrong. Where I was expecting to be met with compassion, I got coldness. There was “nothing they could do.” I talked to four different people, and brought up different solutions. Expedite the new compressor, replace the fridge, refund the fridge. Nothing. I feel like I’m being held hostage by Samsung’s poor customer service. I was made to feel as if my concerns weren’t valid, but it is not right to wait a month for my brand new fridge to work. I have babies who need milk. I have typically been a fan of Samsung products- my three year old even has our Samsung washing machine song memorized. But I’m so frustrated and disappointed that I honestly don’t know if I’d purchase anything from Samsung again.

Well built, and huge! This refrigerator can hold a lot of food. No handles makes it a little tricky.

Great Fridge with plenty of space and adjustability. The sleek design and door shape makes it blend in to not look like a standard fridge.

Was delivered but the guys that came must have been in a hurry, they did hook water up an get it working they were awful, further more the refrigerator top half is off it's not level with the bottom, wish I had never gotten it.

The overall rating that I would give this fridge is 4.5 stars.

Fridge has a lot of room for groceries. Water and ice dispenser works great.

So far so good! Hopefully it stays the same way! Have been using it since just 2 weeks.

Not sure how well I like this product. My older Samsung was built much better. The shelves are adjustable but the heights aren't great for getting milk into the fridge.

Never worked from day 1, said deal with LG, it's been months and still not resolved

Stopped working after 60 days. Doors don’t shut correctly. Had Best Buy deliver it and install it now it’s not working at all.

Works like it should, 4 types of ice. Would rather not have ice trays in freezer but still works good

Replaced my 3 drawer samsung that I do not like. This is a big improvement and 100% no issues so far. Very roomy and affordable. Moved the old one to the garage.

Super big, but compact product, like the no handle option, water flows perfectly and the ice works very well. Lots of space for a family of 4-5.

Really like this refrigerator, it's new so i will see but the room it has is amazing
