I bought this fridge for my mother as a early birthday present. I am beyond happy with the results, it looks great, performs great, and overall was a really big hit with my mother. Id highly recommend this fridge to anyone as of this moment.

Our family loves the new fridge. Plenty of space! This was a great purchase and upgrade from our last. We have no complaints, we didn't even mind not having the water hookups.

Honestly, one of the worst customer service situations we have ever dealt with. After 8mos, our refrigerator stopped cooling or freezing. The first contact with Samsung resulted in a repair person coming within one week. They said it was repaired, but it was not. The refrigerator actually got worse after the service visit, making noise from the compressor. We have now been over two weeks trying to get another service visit. Daily calls to Samsung, 3 advanced support personnel contacting me, with no resolution. The local service center has only an AI answering service and does not respond to emails. Samsung says the support center needs more information but there is no way to speak with someone to give information. It's a never ending loop of nothing getting done. At this point, I am extremely disappointed with Samsung support. During this process I checked Google reviews and realized that for the past 6mos or more, all reviews are the same situation we are in. I think Samsung is a good brand but be very aware that their support is severely deficient.

Working great. Lots of space for my stuff with room left over & the freezer is excellent. Wipe finger prints off of the doors with 1 swipe of a dish cloth, great when you have kids. Would recommend to anyone. This refrigerator is smarted than I am.

This fridge is huge! Two types of ice is very cool. It has great features, like an open door alarm and flexible shelf for tall items. We are very happy with this purchase. Great value

Love this fridge from the space inside to the alarm if the door is left open. I prefer the botom freezer and the drawers makes everything accessible.
