Bought a refrigerator I love, was treated poorly.

Working in retail for 40+ years I am honest to my customers and I felt that the delivery team treated us poorly. When we tried to resolve the issue we had to call the customer service center, because apparently you cant call the store directly, and no one called us back to help resolve the issue. Spent two hours on the phone with the second call I had to make to get the issue resolved. There was a large dent on the side of the refrigerator and the service person recommended to have them send me a gift card for the inconvenience and to just keep the refrigerator.. i chose to have them pick up the one they left in my driveway and bring me a new one. The store in Lincoln,NE needs to be revisited by corporate as many of their employees dont care about how they treat their customers. I am a solid customer and have made several big purchases there, but the service is sub-par. Hopefully you can rectify the customer service.

Looks empty compared to the old one because groceries are expensive. Seems quite sturdy. Can't use the ice maker just because there aren't any water hookups in the house for it. Found out we can have tall items inside by sliding back a section of shelving. Solid design.

awesome middle of the line refrigerator

The door ice maker in the bottom and the freezer is quite spacious. This is a major upgrade for us even though it's only a few square feet it is a massive amount of space

It is very spacious especially having no ice maker which we didn’t need. It looks really great with our other Samsung appliances in the kitchen.

This came with a dual ice maker that makes cubed and bulletin style ice that my family loves. Unlike prior models, the ice makes easily keeps up with s as family of four. I recommend this fridge for everybody.
