I love this refrigerator. Thank God I haven't had an issue with it. I have had it since Febuary. I don't make ice. I opt out of that feature. It is spacious. I'm able to put as much items as I want. I like that there is enough space for gallons on the door. My family loves it. I am happy.

Love this refrigerator! It is so roomy. I can keep a case of bottled water in it, plus all the food I want! And the freezer capacity is amazing. I upgraded from a 27 cu. ft., which was big, but this refrigerator is huge. The freezer space is 2 cu ft more than what I had before and what a huge difference that extra cu. ft. makes! Very happy!

This fridge has great value for my needs. I put it in my employee lounge and everybody has been thrilled with the amount of space inside it! Can't go wrong on this one. Plus the stainless exterior is sharp!

If I go missing, look inside the fridge because I could probably fit inside it. Like all the other reviews, its size is the main feature I am enjoying. I love it! Be prepared to take the doors off to get it inside.

Honestly, one of the worst customer service situations we have ever dealt with. After 8mos, our refrigerator stopped cooling or freezing. The first contact with Samsung resulted in a repair person coming within one week. They said it was repaired, but it was not. The refrigerator actually got worse after the service visit, making noise from the compressor. We have now been over two weeks trying to get another service visit. Daily calls to Samsung, 3 advanced support personnel contacting me, with no resolution. The local service center has only an AI answering service and does not respond to emails. Samsung says the support center needs more information but there is no way to speak with someone to give information. It's a never ending loop of nothing getting done. At this point, I am extremely disappointed with Samsung support. During this process I checked Google reviews and realized that for the past 6mos or more, all reviews are the same situation we are in. I think Samsung is a good brand but be very aware that their support is severely deficient.
