However, delivery was not such a good experience. The first refrigerator was not delivered because it was dented in the compressor area. It never made it to my house. The second refrigerator was delivered 7 days later. We found out that the Sales person charged us for Delivery of the new and Disposal of the old but not Installation of the new. My wife had to pay $30 to the delivery guys for Installation. In addition when the unit was brought into the house one of the Crisper Drawers fell out and cracked. That prompted the delivery team to place another order for replacement parts. The ordeal ended approximately a month and a half after the purchase.

The only thing I overlooked when comparing to others was that it does not come with a water dispenser but no biggie because we have filtered water throughout the house.

He said it was a common issue with this make and model which would have been nice to know beforehand because I lost about $500 worth of groceries.
