Died in 6 months - Samsung warranty is a nightmare

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We got our unit 6 months ago on sale and after 14 days we have gone from “we’re sending the parts out for repair” To “we don’t know if the parts shipped or have any info” To “how about we just replace it” To “we can’t replace it because it’s apparently a recall unit” To “how about we give you a refund that won’t replace to model” To “no! You have no other option than taking this refund” And we still haven’t gotten our refund yet… the refrigerator worked fine when we had it but just know that working with Samsung will be a frustrating and length process

Avoid buying at Best Buy

BEST Buy service should be called BAD BUY!!! 4 times a delivery was canceled with no reason given. Then they wanted us to pay $600 before they wouldcancel our order and refund our money. I recommend the fridge but strongly urge you to buy it elsewhere!!!! I cannot stress this enough!!!
