Absolutely love my Samsung Bespoke fridge. Plenty of room, love the two sizes of ice (though no crushed ice, for those that crave it), the beverage center with a pitcher of cool water is awesome. Love it.

LOVE the fridge, but it took 11 tries to get the fridge delivered to the correct address. Ended up having to have it shipped to the store and pay someone to pick it up for me. The men assisting putting it into the truck were not equipped well enough and the fridge fell and ended up denting the front, which I didn’t realize until package removal at home. I then had to call 3 more times because they again kept trying to deliver my replacement to NYC no matter how many times I provided the right address. I finally have my replacement and absolutely love the fridge in itself! Especially with children who always nag about wanting drinks, lol!

Love the in door beverage center and ice in the bottom freezer

We’ve had the fridge for about 2wks now and delivery & install was smooth & easy. Love the beverage center. Although we had heard there might be some glitches with the water pitcher filling, ours has worked fine & I love the flex drawer & the ice maker in the freezer. We bought the counter depth bc there’s only 2 of us & it is the perfect amount of space. All in all we love this fridge.

So far we are happy with this product, delivery and salesperson.

We love this fridge. The beverage center is really a great feature. Fingerprints are very common but keep it wiped down and all is well.

Superb refrigerator! Drawer can be added freezer space or refrigerator space. Ice water pitcher automatically fills! Ice cubes are scoopable and in their special bin. Never clump together! Excellent design.

This refrigerator makes me smile every time I open the door. There are French doors to open to access the foodstuff inside. The left French door has two functions no.1. opens to your beverage center dispenser for your choice of canned or bottle beverages, number 2 to access the main food storage. The pullout drawer section stores your cheeses, yogurt, sauces, etc. The freezer section meets all your meats, vegetables etc. needs. I love my fridge. . Finally,the freeze section meets all of your needs to store your frozen foods. ,

This refrigerator looks great in our space. The beverage center is a must have. Also, I love the two different types of ice!

It looks very nice. Looks very fancy, even my daughter said you look like you have money because you have this fridge, I love the fact that have three departments.

Nice sleek design with hidden beverage center. Lots of side pockets inside the French Doors . Especially like the middle pull out drawer for easy access of deli products. Freezer is big, but could do with a smaller ice area. Two sizes of ice takes up a lot of unnecessary room.

This refrigerator offers a great way to save energy. You don't have to open all doors to access the items you need. The deli drawer is super accessible and the left door has a pitcher of cold water ready full at all times. From the same area, I can also access a water dispenser. This section also offers access to other liquids, such as a milk carton and a couple of other beverage containers. Unlike my old refrigerator, I don't have to open the right door to open the left door. Best purchase ever, without a doubt!

The best fridge ever. I was skeptical to purchase another Samsung fridge because of their notorious reputation of the broken ice makers. I decided to take a chance because the ice maker is in the freezer, not on top in the fridge. I love that it is connected to the SmartThings app. The beverage station is a super convenient feature. I don’t love that I choose to clean the fingerprints off every single day but it’s not that big of a deal.

Replaced an aging refrigerator with this Samsung. It looks great compared to the stainless steel unit it replaces. It makes the kitchen look more modern and classy. Functionality and space inside is better than the old refrigerator also.

Fantastic fridge! Very spacious and the size and segmentation of the different shelves and drawers a very flexible. We tend to have very different sizes of containers and we can fit them all easily so far. The beverage center is really neat as well. Instead of the usual front mounted water dispenser it actually fills a little pitcher inside that can be pulled out and poured. You can also add freah fruit and other items to infuze your water as well. The freezer is a great size and the middle drawer seems like it'll help if we need more stoarage for the fridge or the freezer. Just a heads up to make sure you order the panels as part of this model or get one that comes with the panels.

Very sleek looking refrigerator and we love the auto fill pitcher! Plus the middle flex drawer is great for wine.

Great fridge. Very good looking and uses the space inside very well. Hopefully this new icemaker unit in the freezer doesn't grenade like the last fridge where Samsung put the icemaker in the fridge section. Like that would never cause a problem!! Worst design ever!!! Also, the free Bespoke panel upgrade went very quickly and had my new panels in less than 2 weeks. The matte black looks awesome!
