Great Fridge

We are very happy with the features. We use the auto-fill pitcher a lot and it is a really nice add-on. We really like the counter-depth size...we have a small kitchen and our old fridge stuck out probably an additional 5" so this is a great space saver for us.

Moving the ice to the freezer and offering craft ice is awesome. Just got our free panels offer too so can switch white glass or stainless to change it up.

We just ordered the extra panels on the Samsung offer. Give us options in home decide. Love the pitcher. Makes filling jugs and such easy. Lost 2 cubic sq feet in transiting but don’t notice it due to the layout. Well worth the purchase. So far..

No Caring in Samsung Customer Care

Samsung repairman replaced entire component. Love the fridge as long as it works. Dealing with Samsung customer service is a nightmare. When it comes time to replace appliances again, we will not replace with this brand.

It took 2 weeks to get a new one without the white panels. More nonsense at the second installation. The only bright spot with this whole ordeal was our sales person, Mitchell, who helped us for nearly a month to figure it out.

I have to add that the delivery personnel were extremely professional and friendly.

My only complaint is the lack of options on the ice maker. It would be nice if it could make 2 batches of regular ice instead of just regular and small. The small cubes don't get used as much so the regular runs out fast. Other than that, no complaints.
