We downsized from a larger home to something more suitable for a retired couple. We trust Samsung appliances and their pretty cool (Boomers) designs and features. So, our current Samsung large fridge (pictured) has been replace with the very efficient 23 cubic foot Bespoke model.

I love the room it has and the look of this refrigerator. The only thing I dislike is the finger prints.

This fridge is excellent! Spacious, energy-efficient, and super quiet. Keeps everything fresh and cool, with smart compartments and adjustable shelves. The sleek design fits perfectly in any kitchen. LED lighting is a nice touch. A reliable appliance that delivers on all fronts—definitely deserving of a 5-star rating!

Like the overall size and layout of the fridge. The ice maker is a little slow and doesn't always keep up with the family. The ice bites are just smaller version of ice cubes. Was hoping to replace my countertop nugget ice maker with the fridge but nope. The beverage center is great, the auto refill pitcher is a very nice feature. My favorite thing about the fridge and the reason I went with this model is the center drawer. I use it to place snacks and lunch items and it makes organizing the fridge a breeze. Cons to the fridge:other than the ice being a little slower, the stainless steel is not finger print resistant and I have to wipe it down multiple times per day.

I purchased this refrigerator sight unseen from Best Buy’s web site. We are very happy with the refrigerator. It is brightly lit inside and the stainless steel paneling helps with the cooling. The flex draw is perfect for cheese, butter, and deli items. Oh, and as others have said - the Beverage Center is wonderful. Cold water is always available in the pitcher and the ice bins are always full. I do not have Wi-Fi so I do not use the app. It is definitely not required or needed to enjoy this fridge to its fullest. My delivery went very smoothly. The two guys were on time and very helpful. Very happy with our purchase!

Elegant and easy to navigate the special beverage center. Having both the pitcher and single serve water function makes the beverage center a perfect addition to an already well designed refrigerator. Love the ice drawer and the "cheese" drawer - Having the ability to use it as a freezer as well is just the icing on the cake! Best part......the refrigerator is aesthetically beautiful.I chose the counter-depth and am very satisfid!!

Very clean look to this refrigerator. Plenty of room inside and the interior lighting sheds good light in the contents. We like the beverage center with the craft ice and the middle drawer. So far so good. It’s very quiet too.

This is the best refrigerator ever it’s easy to clean easy to organize. It has a water pitcher that you can cut up any kind of fruit to make it flavor. It’s the best. It’s easy to clean outside the refrigerator. It always looks nice and clean. It even has a barcode that will help you keep track of the dates of your food. I love it.I have so many comments on it, thank you Best Buy for making my life easier.

Love the sleek look of this refrigerator without visual handles. The refrigerator is also very quiet. The delivery team was outstanding.

Matches well with the white cabinets in my kitchen. Has a sleek design that hides the ice maker and water dispenser. Really happy with it.

Fridge is great. I like the ice on the bottom in the freezer. The water in the door if convenient. The only negative is fingerprints since there’s no handles. I would still but again though.

I have had this fridge for just over a week, so I cannot speak to durability. What I can speak to is the awesome design and aesthetics. The beverage center with the pitcher is a game changer. That, combined with the easy to access ice in the freezer, makes filling up my tumbler a breeze. My only complaint is that the fridge is a bit tight on storage space, particularly drawers and on-door shelves. I think this could be remedied with the 3 door design. If I could do it over again, I'd probably get the 3 door design as we have not found a great use for the flex space.

This fridge has everything I was looking for: a Water dispenser on the door, but hidden, a drawer with flexible temperature settings, and French doors. It seems like it was designed to complement my decor!

Love how it looks in feels, the counter depth made our kitchen feel so much more spacious too! Also very much enjoting how the beverage center works.

Fantastic refrigerator, lots of room. Especially for it only being 23 CF. Wifi and app controlled which is weird. The removable panels are cool. We're happy with the stainless steel look. Although I'm sure the wife will eventually want to change the panels.

This is a super-cool looking fridge. Technically, it works also great. We are very satisfied with this product.

So far, this fridge is amazing. It has tons of space, the crisper drawer works very well, the freezer is multi-leveled which is handy, and the ice maker is perfect. The standout is the beverage center. I use the auto filling water pitcher multiple times a day and, now, I can’t live without it. Hugely handy. The only thing I’ll note is that the ice is in the freezer and you have to scoop it with a little shovel they provide. Completely fine for me as I don’t use ice often, but if you want it in the door you may want to look for a different configuration. Lastly, the style is amazing. It looks like it costs a heck of a lot more. Fully recommend this.
