We love this refrigerator! Very bright and spacious. Perfect fit for our space. Ica maker is quick and efficient. The drink center is just really convenient. Highly recommend!

Love the Bespoke fridge. Always had a side by side. But loving the French door. The ice machine is amazing. We are a baseball family and constant filling up water jugs with ice.

We love this refrigerator so far (have had it for a month). We have the stainless steel and it matches our other appliances (not Samsung). The sleek look is a nice change and the counter depth gives us the same room as our old refrigerator (due to there not being an ice maker). The Beverage Center is awesome and use the refill pitcher a lot. Both types of ice cubes are a plus and I am not minding that it is not in the door.

A beautiful refrigerator both in design and functionality. My only complaint is that the doors don’t close easily on their own, you have to push them.

So far it is working fine. It seems to be cooling better that old frig. It was a side by side. It is taking some getting used to use the space in this new frig compared to old frig. Different layout. I also find that to register frig with Samsung to be difficult. Have not done that yet because of that problem. Also one issue on that is the warranty states that in order to be able to claim the warranty one has to have to original sale ticket. This I fully understand. My issue is with Best Buys sale ticket! They just do not last! I say that because those heat transfer sale tickets fade over time and end up having nothing on them! With Samsungs 10 year warranty I am sure that long before 10 years the Best Buy sale Ticket will fade to nothing! Personally WiFi on this refrigerator is of little use for us as it does not have the screen on this model! Because of that I see little use for that WiFi being on a refrigerator! Besides the Best Buy sale ticket not lasting as long as the warranty and the WiFi on it the getting used to the storage as compared to a side by side we will get used to that! So, the refrigerator we are happy with it!

Love this refrigerator, so many great features (dual icemaker! auto-fill pitcher! flexible drawer!). The delivery team wasn't amazing though...

Absolutely love this refrigerator! I was worried about downsizing to a counter depth but it is more than adequate for my purposes. Had a few people tell me how stylish and modern it is. No handles mean more walking room in the aisle. I don’t miss the external ice and water at all, and the smooth panel is soothing on the eye.

Love this refrigerator. The beverage center, flex drawer and sleek facade make our dated kitchen feel like it got a massive upgrade. We replaced an existing counter depth fridge and this fits in the space but does stick out slightly. Doesn’t bother us but definitely double check the measurements in your space.

It was hard to decide which Bespoke to choose after we zeroed in on this Samsung fridge. Whether or not to spring for the Beverage Center. So glad we did! I thought the water pitcher might be frivolous, but we all use it all day every day, fabulous feature. Love the deli drawer. We're just very happy with this product.

Beautiful fridge. Good space setup, middle drawer is super convenient, especially for kids snacks. Dual ice sizes are great, small ice is perfect for narrow water bottle necks.

Excellent refrigerator. Great ice maker & storage areas. I've had a lot of GE appliances before but this one beats them all

Every time someone walks into our kitchen, they point out the refrigerator! It’s a statement and super functional.

We've had this new fridge for about a month and so far so good! A few of features I especially love are NOT having an ice / water dispenser in the door (MUCH less mess), the dispenser inside the first left hand side door that actually fits a huge bottle / mug, and 2 sizes of ice. Oh, and let's not forget that the fridge is internet enabled so I get notifications of when a door is left open! The flex drawer is a great option for those who entertain a lot; however, we just use it for deli & fresh meats & cheeses. I was a little skeptical of counter depth bc we've always had the larger cubic foot fridges, but it holds a surprising amount. I'm getting ready to host holidays and there's plenty of room for everything. Overall, a month in, its a big winner!
