    Horrible service … a month. For my stove to get delivered!!! Who does that???? Blatant away from buying major appliances from Bestbuy as they will have you waiting and trying to deliver at times that are unacceptable and if you do accept there appointment they still change it to a different time…. So I don’t recommend purchasing anything from this unprofessional retailer…… Any other place but Bestbuy thumbs down

    Delayed back Order

    The refrigerator was on back order for 6 weeks and it appears to have been delayed further. We were advised by staff to wait to schedule delivery in case it came in early. We called after receiving prompts to schedule the delivery and the available appointment is an additional 10 days later.

    I had 3 fail deliveries due to poor planning/communication. I waited every single day and I had to reach out to customer service to be aware that they weren’t going to arrive. The product is in the Warehouse from Caguas.

    Aside from a disastrous install, this refrigerator has been really awesome and honestly a lot of fun to use. The AI feature needs some work, but so far it’s been a great new addition to our kitchen.

    When I decided to buy this refrigerator... the salesperson was one of the people who influenced us to purchase it. He explained step by step how to use it, how to set it up, how to make it a part of our kitchen, even of our lives. It has an internal camera that tells you what you need and what you don't, without even opening it. You can be far from home and still check. The refrigerator adapts to your habits, knows your preferences, reminds you when it's time to refill and when it's not... that's incredible... it becomes your conscience, even for saving energy. I think it's worth every penny and I hope to have it for many years. We're receiving it at home tomorrow... I can't wait, I'm so excited!

    Excellent. I literally replaced a $12k built-in ( my 3rd built-in fridge. This refrigerator is 1/3 of the price and 100 times better!!! Worth every penny.

    Love this Fridge, i read my daily news updates and watch my finance,money matters every morning as am preparing my breakfast in my kitchen. Amazing peice of concept from Samsung. The water Filter and the Jar for water storage,is the best thing that has ever happened, water tastes so nice and saved me so much money fom buying outside water. Excited to have this frideg and Bravo Zulu to Best Buy for quick white gloves classic delivery.

    They haven't delivered this item it was damaged before delivery. Called several times to be replace with no luck l, spoke ton4 different costumer service with no resolution.
