Love, love, love this frig! It’s soooo roomy inside, love the adjustable temperature flex drawer & 2 large capacity ice maker drawers in freezer w/ scoop! Looks super sleek with the dark glass on top, 2 stainless steel drawers on bottom & compliments my kitchen beautifully! Cleans super easy & with NO handles, have even more room. Our last Samsung we’d had 17 years & decided to put it in the garage after the ice maker built into the door of our previous frig broke again. We’ve read that was a common problem with in door front ice makers. This time, we opted for a water dispenser inside the frig & with an ice maker in freezer. The design of this frig is perfect. No longer am I spilling water, or ice on the floor trying to fill my glass! Bespoke has a generous design inside to accommodate different sizes of glasses / mugs, as well as a built-in, detachable water pitcher! Both the ice maker & water pitcher have automatic sensors to know when to refill. Best Buy had deep discounts over 4th of July, so we decided to purchase this Bespoke with a 5 year warranty, with the HUGE built in iPad! We chose to purchase the warranty, because ANY brand can have an unfortunate problem. We haven’t completely finished setting up all the capabilities of this iPad with its ability to use the cameras on the inside of your frig, to see what you have, to help with setting up shopping lists, & help with customized recipe plans, your photo gallery, etc. You can ask ALEXA anything … to play music, set timers, tell a joke, sync to your calendar events, ring doorbell, watch the news, dry erase board, YouTube, etc. This Bespoke is totally amazing in every way!!! Most people ASSUME a counter depth frig couldn’t possibly be big enough, or don’t know they exist. I think if more people utilized a counter depth, they’d realize how much prettier their kitchen looks & how much more room they have in their kitchen! This is the best one I’ve ever seen & used! NO hiding spots for anything to spoil & get forgotten about, it seriously is BIG enough inside! Best Buy Customer Service has been impeccable from Eric in the Bakersfield store to Christopher from Geek Squad! I received clear text messages, timely phone calls & frig arrived when promised. Everyone has been very professional! If you’re in the market for a new frig, you need to CHECK this one out!!!

This is a great fridge, looks awesome and the size is perfect, love the beverage center and the touchscreen is very cool... Having said this there is a really bad chemical smell coming out from it, I will have to return and wait another month for a replacement... willing to give it another chance! Once the new fridge comes in with no smell it, my rating could definitely increase to 5 stars.

Amazing refrigerator! The screen is extra, but it is pretty cool. Very convenient to be able to handle all the settings on the screen. The color is a lighter black stainless color, and the glass doors are black and complement the metal look. The counter depth does limit the space a bit, and so does the separate deli drawer. That does make the space between the shelves shorter and limits the height of what you can put in.

Wonderful product, and great features. It is quiet, and very functional. I only wish I had gone for the larger model size to get more freezer space. If you need more meat storage space, go for the 29-cu. ft unit. the AI center can be used without the subscription-based service and still access great recipes and cooking instructions. It pairs with my ring account to show my camera and communicate with the front door.

I absolutely love my Samsung Bespoke fridge! The giant screen add a modern, high-end look to my kitchen, and the interior is ok given i get the counter depth, but it is well-lit. It’s super quiet, keeps everything fresh, and the SmartThings integration is a great bonus. Highly recommend for anyone wanting both function and style in their kitchen!

Loved the new refrigerator it's more than I expected. The only default is that the techs did not connect the waterline the good thing is that I still have a water dispenser. Fit perfectly in my kitchen and love the technology.

We recently purchased a Samsung refrigerator, and we’re extremely happy with it. There’s plenty of storage, and the compartments are well-designed to hold all types of food—fresh produce, dairy, leftovers, and more—making organization easy. One feature I absolutely love is the built-in water pitcher with its own separate compartment. It’s convenient and promotes healthy habits. There’s also a dedicated section for water bottles, separate from the freezer and main fridge area, which is incredibly practical. Samsung also offers various size and design options, which makes it easy to find one that fits your kitchen perfectly without compromise. At first, we were concerned that a 29 cu. ft. model might not fit our kitchen space. But after researching, we found a 23 cu. ft. version that fits like a glove and still meets all our storage needs. Overall, I’m very pleased with this refrigerator. It’s stylish, functional, and smartly engineered to suit different lifestyles and spaces.

It's great and the style helped make our kitchen seem more modern. The set up was easy and all the functions are very helpful. We had our old unit hauled away and installed by Best Buy and they did an amazing job. Professional, courteous and very respectful.

Awesome fridge. My only compliant is the operating system doesn’t allow any and all apps to be downloaded. I purchased this fridge thinking I’d be able to integrate everything (robot vaccum, robot mower, smart lighting, etc) and it doesn’t do any of those things in a seamless way. Still a cool fridge though.

This refrigerator is Great, lots of space and you cannot ignore the technology by using the onboard screen. Really fantastic!!!

Best fridge everrrrr!! The functionality is amazing and it has tons of space for counter depth. Love the door in door feature and water dual water dispensers. Multiple ice sizes is a nice to have as well.

Just when you think something as basic as a refrigerator thats been around for a very long time cant be improved, you come across the Bespoke refrigerator from Samsung to get you excited about technology and innovation in something thats a basic everyday need. This refrigerator is awesome, gorgeous design (we got the white glass) and although it might have features that may go unused (like it taking pictures of what you put in and take out of the fridge to help remind you of what you need to buy next time youre at the market), it's one of those things that is just cool to have. The self filling water jar, the 2 different size of ice it makes, its just about everything you didn't know you needed until you have it

This fridge is bold,sexy and modern. Great featurea along with a screen for apps like Spotify to listen to music and watch videos. Cant go wrong with the black color option.

I am so pleased with this purchase! I took a long time researching best prices for the refrigerator I wanted and Best Buy had the best price with the best customer service. The Smart panel is so awesome and my kids love it. I would definitely recommend upgrading the Samsung Bespoke to the Smart panel model. The beverage center is really handy and the refill pitcher is amazing.

My husband and myself are so excited with the refrigerator we purchased. my husband has uploaded our home pictures and it is great to see a change of photos walking by the refrigerator. Lo the way it looks and the counter depth looks like it is built in. My favorite is the two different sizes of ice cubes.
