We started having problems with the fridge roughly a month after we bought it as it stopped making ice, the following month the fridge and freezer went out and gout up to 75 degrees in both areas. Fought with Samsung customer care when they finally sent out a not so customer friendly repair company who finally replaced the compressor. After the compressor repair another month later the refrigerator started doing the same thing as before with no ice and high temperatures in the fridge and freezer. Once again had to call Samsung Customer Care sent out said repair company and they finally decided to refund our original purchase price or purchase a new fridge through Samsung but not not exchange evenly across the board and offer a cheaper fridge.
