Only bummer is that it didn't come with the riser clips as advertised in the manual (only reason it's not a 5).

Set up delivery and haul away on line and they take great care in the set up. There was a bit of wait after the order but cheaper than in store. Great product.

My kids love the ice feature as it generates small pieces that are just right for them.

Miss having door handles also. The stainless steel also has to be constantly cleaned.
