Great fridge. I really like the water pitcher. Keeps everything cold.

I love this refrigerator. It has more than enough shelving, two shapes of ice, and the water pitcher is perfect. I wanted to get away from the external water dispenser. This is perfect! Ask the sales person if this model is available, since there was no floor model in the store.

I love this counter-depth refrigerator. It’s affordable and the internal presentation and arrangement of the shelves is optimal. The automatic refill pitcher is great for small families, singles, or couples. You would need to consider something a little larger for larger family usage.

The refrigerator is fantastic! We love it. It got cold super fast and we love the pitcher you can infuse water with and the two different ice shapes. Bigger than we thought it was going to be too. More than enough space for our family of three. Love the smart things feature and the ability to control and check temperature and ice machine. I am only giving it three stars because we bought it open box and the condition was considered “excellent” and there’s a huge dent in the freezer door that we know we didn’t cause. Luckily we want the white panels so we are requesting the free extra ones Samsung provides you so the dent won’t be there for long but unfortunate that Best Buy thinks excellent condition includes a dent the size of a golf ball. Also, fingerprints are very noticeable in the stainless steel so I recommend one of the color panels instead.

6 weeks in and I lOVE this refrigerator. The space is amazing and so easy to find room for everything. The autofill water pitcher is perfect for filling bottles or just a glass. I'm not used to a bottom freezer but this holds so much. Love the two sizes of ice cubes. Occasionally I have to double check that the door is closed...it's so quiet. French door is the way to go!

Really good product. Very good design. A lot of space and good size freezer.

Chose this because it could be delivered in 2 days when my 10 day old one went out and I couldn't wait 2 months for the same replacement! So far, so good! Like the layout and freezer space. Love the sleek look of it too!

I LOVE THIS FRIDGE! The best part about this fridge is everything! The storage space is incredible and the freezer is wonderful with the built in ice maker. The auto fill water pitcher is my favorite feature that makes me feel like royalty! :) love this thing

I love the refrigerator. The water pitcher refills quickly, so it’s not an issue filling multiple glasses of water. My children are able to write notes or draw on the glass doors with the dry erase marker. One minor issue is keeping the freezer draw open while accessing the ice tray.

It's a great fridge for smaller spaces. I love the auto-fill water pitcher that is hooked through my R/O system and the two different sized ice cubes the freezer creates. This fridge is great for 1-2 people, keep in mind that it's only 24 cu. feet. Overall, the features it has for the price point is why it was an easy choice for my current kitchen. Buy a warranty, appliances DO NOT last these days!

This is my first refrigerator for my new home and I love it. All my appliances and electronics are Samsung

While this refrigerator is counter depth, it still sticks out about 4 inches from the cabinets on either side. The doors are very thick. If you want a refrigerator that sets flush with cabinets to the right and/or left, this is not the refrigerator for you. This refrigerator is nicely setup on the inside. The ice maker makes 2 different shapes of ice at the same time.

Love the sleek look and easy to clean doors. Water pitcher is super, it is easy to hold and refills very quickly. Wouldn’t change anything about this frig.

I was hesitant to purchase a Samsung after knowing how many issues they've had regarding refrigerators over the years. However, this model has the ice maker within the freezer and has no door-front water/ice capabilities so I think it is likely to be a less faulty design overall. My only issue is that the freezer is rather small.

I love this refrigerator! It is well organized, easy to access, fits perfectly in my small kitchen and has plenty of room in the freezer, each of the refrigerator drawers, doors and shelves. I love the ice maker and refillable water pitcher.

This refrigerator has met all my needs. Perfect amount of space. The self filling water pitcher is a great option. Very easy to clean and keep organized which was my primary reason for purchasing a new refrigerator.
