    Fridge is nice, just the customer service if there fridge is damaged is atrocious. I have been waiting a year and a half for a credit cause the fridge was damaged when delivered. The call center said they sent it, then 6 months nothing call again "sent it" again check is expired, call back they tell me to take the check to the store and they can issue a new one, never heard of this but ok, and sure enough they just laughed. I asked the manager to call in and deal with it, he was hung up on twice finally gets through and same thing. New case number again, no check two months later call and there was an issue with the processing, rather than resolving it they just ignored it, don't call me or email me or the store just ignore it, so they started a new case again and should have an answer in 1 week, 3 weeks later we get the update, they claim to be processing a new check now. I even asked just for a store credit and I will find something else at best buy, but nope too late now, if they would have told me you get the store credit now or the check in 2 years I would have done the store credit, guess I will just start calling daily. Home depot, despite sending and install crew with no tools, then them getting mad that we didn't have any tools at house we had unloaded the first box into a hour prior and leaving the fridge in our drive way for 3 weeks, was easier to deal with getting the fridge returned than this, and all we want is a check.

    Product is fine....delivery installation was a nightmare from pac sales and bins etc i had to set up w/o instruction where to place each in fridge doors

    Love the design-the door with all of the shelves are less functional for larger items with all shelves in place. The door rubbed the wall and the fingerprint proof finish rubbed off in one area.

    There is a l own issue with this model. the couplings leak refrigerant - after 12-16 months the freezer stops producing ice and then the the unit stops cooling. unless you buy $$$ the extended warranty (on a brand new $2800 product) Samsung will charge you a non refundable fee to fix it. what a scam!! forced to buy an extended warranty because a high cost product doesn't last much over a year! shame on Best Buy and Samsung

    Very pleased so far with my Samsung French Door Counter Depth Smart Refrigerator with Beverage Center. The drawers have improved organization between cheese, lunchmeat, vegetables and fruits.

    Great, so far. My only complaint is if the ice trays get too full, some of the ice can fall behind the drawer and get crunched when closing the bottom drawer, but this is a small thing.

    Recently we bought a home with white cabinets, white counters, and white walls. Our new Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator will add the perfect touch of color to our home. We are beyond excited that the panels are easily changeable. We bought the glass light blue color.

    I was really hoping this would be a perfect replacement for the Samsung fridge I just bought in November and then had to replace because it stopped cooling. While it is actually cooling, less than 3 days into ownership the nugget ice maker has stopped working. Geek Squad is coming next week but it's disappointing that a brand new fridge (second Samsung) has this unnecessary problem. I really want to love this fridge so hopefully next week is the end of my problems.

    Bespoke Samsung counter-depth french door fridge

    I love the beautiful emerald green stainless steel. The only reason I would not give this fridge a 5-star is because the smudge-proof steel does in fact show finger smudges which is disappointing.
