We've had this Samsung fridge with Beverage Zone for several months now and we still love it! It works great, has tons of storage and the auto-refill water pitcher is the best. We did order some extra drawers to put in just for organization. Would definitely recommend this model!

We bought it open box and glad we did because we struggled to get up up the stairs and thru the door. But i love all the space. Im 5’3 and cant reach the back of the top shelf but our old fridge always looked packed abd couldnt find things which is not the problem with this one. I accidently had the flex zone to soft freeze the first night and out ice cream was melted enough to eat it that night and then we threw it away. But i love the alarm if door is accidentally left open. We also love that the top main doors are auto open per thr setting. Actually being able to use icemaker and filtered water is a step up for me also. All the trouble of our own instal i would do it again for this fridge.

Exceeded my expectations, we love the refrigerator

This is the best fridge i have ever had. Its so modern and spacious. The beverage center is my fav feature so far. Thr dual ice maker with teo different types of ice is a plus too. Dont think. Just buy it. U want regret it.

Amazing! The size is perfect. The additional door is a mega plus. And the capability to decide which temperature to set in one of the down doors is super useful.

Best refrigerator I’ve ever owned. The deep option is a plus as it has more room to keep groceries organized. The self open feature is the best option.

Its the size that i wanted and for the right price i was able to get it.tlThere is enough room for all of your groceries and you can see what you have and don't have for your grocery list.

Nice spacious fridge with more specs than what I expected. Automatic doors? Crushed ice or whole? There you have it.. just use the app and you can control everything.

Looks fantastic once installed and adds a modern touch to cherry cabinets and cream tiles. I also love being able to adjust the settings directly from my phone. Plenty of storage, fast ice machine, and amazing delivery and setup process.

This fridge is amazing tons of space love the water station and ice maker. (So do my teens!) Freezer space is also fantastic.

This fridge has been awesome. The layout is wide, open, and easy to organize, and the shelves are adjustable so you can fit pretty much anything without fighting for space. The cooling is strong and consistent, and it keeps everything fresh without cold spots or uneven temps. The freezer has plenty of room and the drawers slide smoothly. The fridge runs very quietly — you barely hear it — and the stainless finish looks clean and modern in the kitchen. Overall, it’s a solid, reliable refrigerator with great capacity and performance. Definitely happy with this purchase.

I love our new Bespoke Fridge, looks modern, has lots of room and the beverage center is top notch!!

So far I love it. Fridge opens nice and wide and can fit a lot of stuff. Bottom is awesome because I have different options on the temp. Right now I’m using both as a freezer.

The look of this fridge is top notch. Stainless steel with a see through door that lights up when you get close. Lots of space in the upper compartment and strong plastic on the door selves that shouldn’t break so easily. The sound it makes when you leave your door open for about 30 seconds can be loud and annoying however. The freezer is at the bottom and you can make one side or both sides a freezer section. I’m 6’2 so for me I’m not a big fan of having the kneel everytime I want to get ice or something out of the freezer. Overall I like it and would recommend unless you have a hard time bending over or kneeling down.

I love, love, love this four door refrigerator and freezer. the beverage center is brilliant and handy! the two types of ice is also ingenious, for the days when you want a different type of ice. It keeps everything nice and cold. The drawers in the freezer are very nice. i can finally keep my freezer organized and know what I have inside. buy this fridge/freezer combo! Samsung has never steered me wrong!

The storage is great. Plenty of room, the additional space with the option to make it a fridge or freezer is a win win. It did came in about a month earlier.

Overall, I’m quite satisfied with the fridge. For day-to-day kitchen needs — groceries, leftovers, produce, frozen goods — it performs reliably, and the storage layout plus features like the ice maker / dispenser (if present) make life easier. It feels like a good balance between capacity, convenience, and build quality.
