This fridge is pretty amazing! The auto-open option for the doors is really nice! You do have to turn that option on in the Settings, it's off by default. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about having a computer on the fridge, but having Alexa and Spotify is perfect for the kitchen. We love the beverage center and the auto-fill pitcher! We're still getting used to the AI Vision Inside. You have to slow down when getting stuff in and out of the fridge. Overall, it's fantastic!

This is my second refrigerator. I brought a white panel and the camera and auto doors weren't working. Had to replace for the black which was what i wanted initially but the store said it was dq. This refrigerator is nice. The Android screen is like my phone, great sound. I like the two types of ice and automatic doors. I have not used the shopping list features yet but the camera does watch.

This is very elegant looking and very spacious refrigerator so far I'm loving the clean and modern look very useful for a smart AI intelligent refrigerator that every time you bring any items in the refrigerator it monitors it it has an history when you brought it in

I recently purchased a Samsung refrigerator, and I am beyond impressed with its performance, design, and innovative features. From the sleek, modern aesthetics to its efficient cooling system, this refrigerator exceeds expectations in every way.

Pretty good fridge thus far.. the AI food thing is a cheap gimmick.. I would have preferred to have more cameras in the fridge to actually look at what you have in there, as opposed to need to keep a DB of what's in there. The built in Tablet has been useful and has been updated.. the Ice maker is wonderful and everything runs really quiet.

[Employee of bestbuy] I've had this for about a month. Functionality is great, love the Water Station. The screen is the only disappointment. For a company like Samsung that makes a screen that is so limited is a shame. I cant download apps to automate the house, I cant drop in with Alexa, the screen at this point is good for one thing, watching Deal or no Deal. I have used it for recipes, I cant see whats in the fridge, only whats on my door shelves, and the AI is very limited, it sees what I am putting in and takimg out, but I feel like there is more potential. Hopefully Samsung updates it to make it more productive. Service wise, Steve Romano from Palm Beach is an appliance guru, and the guys who delivered and installed it were exceptional.

Its an amazing piece of art, I can play my music while cooking, watch my soccer team play when at the kitchen. The most amazing think about the bespoke is the check and balance feature. Am able to know howmuch food i have in store

A great product with a robust cooling system, large capacity, beautiful item, easy to clean plus a built in monitor to use as a small smart tv within the kitchen area.

Love the fridge, however the delivery was a disaster, had a promised time and text “on the way, be there in 17 minutes” then never showed. When I called several hours later to find out why (tried to give them some grace due to our location), the excuse given was the product was “damaged” and would need to be reordered and would not be able to be rescheduled for another week. We were only informed of this because I had to call customer service to find out why the fridge was missing. My spouse missed 2 days of work due to the delivery team’s lack of communication and inability to give a dedicated time of delivery, the promise was initially 7a-7p for the selected day.

Finally, the smart product I was waiting for. Love the screen and ease of using it. Great capacity for a big family and lots of food.

We are loving the refrigerator. It adds to the decor of the kitchen. The compartments are spacious. The flexizone makes it very convenient - can be customized for use as you want.

Been very happy with fridge. Everything has a place and everything is visible. Really prefer the vertical freezer vs a pull out pit where everything disappers. Kids really enjoy drawing pictures and saving their digital art on fridge interface.

Love it. The four door makes it easy accessible to every part of the fridge. The screen is easy to use and we can connect to all our Samsung appliances. My 6 year old can finally get her ice cream without struggling.

Customer service was great: Anthony and Dante was very helpful in facilitating the purchase and delivery of this appliance. As for the appliance itself.It seems to be a nice refrigerator. I like the technology it offers and the sleek look in the kitchen. However, the very next day after it was delivered, I noticed over frosting on the door and sides of the freezer. I found out it was a sealing issue.Best buy sent out someone to fix the problem.Everything else seems to be working great.

Beautiful unit. Functioning well our first month. The open ice tray will take some getting used to. Should be a better long-term experience than my last Samsung which had the icemaker mounted in the refrigerator - nightmare! I have high hopes for buying my second Samsung.
