    Love it! Great purchase. Do not need to buy an additional freezer once I was able to get everything in this freezer perfectly organized. We had to wait for the refrigerator but it was worth it. Best Buy delivered the refrigerator a month earlier than first expected.

    Love the refrigerator, it’s easy to connect with phone, high with speakers and clarity is 100%. The doors can open automatic just by touching it lightly. I recommend this refrigerator has a lot of amazing features i didn’t even know!

    after ordering this item one month ahead of time, we were called the day before the pre-arranged delivery date to not only be told that the delivery would be delayed, but that it would not be delivered until at least 3 more weeks. Totally unacceptable, and Best Buy's unwillingness to work with me to come to a viable alternative solution is nothing short of negligence. Best Buy could have worked with me to provide me alternatives so we would have a refrigerator in our new home. But instead, they did nothing and now have lost me as a customer. There are many purchases for my new home that I was planning on buying at Best Buy, now I will be looking to make these purchases anywhere but Best Buy.
