I don’t usually write reviews, but this refrigerator deserves one. First, the look. The Charcoal Glass & Black/Charcoal finish is beautiful in person. The space and organization are a huge win. There is so much room, but it doesn’t feel overwhelming. The 4-door layout actually makes life easier I can separate produce, drinks, snacks, and freezer items without digging around. Performance-wise, it’s quiet and keeps everything evenly cold. Overall, this refrigerator feels thoughtfully designed, not just fancy for the sake of being fancy. It’s practical, beautiful. It’s a big purchase, but for us, it’s been 100% worth it.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this refrigerator! When I started shopping for a new fridge, I really was not interested in one with ALL the bells & whistles….touch screen, AI, wi-fi, streaming, calendars, etc. BUT, I fell for this fridge…the beverage center is utilized by my family multiple times a day and the ice maker is fantastic & makes 2 types of ice to match everyone’s preferences. And, on to the TECH…Bixby is a cool voice activated feature, the morning weather & news updates are great to catch up while making my morning coffee, the calendar feature allows for everyone to keep up with schedules and synchs and you can even stream YouTube or movies. The organization in this fridge is AWESOME! A place for everything & tons of room! Bottom line, this fridge in fantastic and I’ve never been happier with an adult purchase!

The touchscreen is incredibly useful for managing groceries, streaming music, and staying organized. The internal cameras are a lifesaver while shopping! It keeps food fresh, runs quietly, and looks stunning. Smart, stylish, and practical — totally worth it.

Love this fridge, has a lot of room and great features. Wife loves having the family calender displayed on the fridge. The water pitcher inside the door that auto refills is awesome. This fridge is huge and I had to remove the cabinet above the fridge and the base trim from the wall and this thing is as tight as it could possibly be. If you plan on purchasing measure your space because you will likely need to modify the space.

The Samsung Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Family Hub™ and AI Vision is a beautiful and highly functional addition to any kitchen. The customizable panels look premium, and the large capacity easily handles a week’s groceries. The AI Vision cameras help track food and send alerts when items run low, while the Family Hub screen offers recipes, calendars, music, and even TV mirroring. Cooling performance is excellent, and the dual ice makers with a water pitcher are a nice bonus. It’s on the expensive side, and the food recognition isn’t 100% accurate yet, but overall, it’s a smart fridge that truly makes life easier. Pros: Spacious, stylish, smart features, great cooling Cons: Pricey, occasional AI misreads Highly recommended for families and smart home users.

The water line to the top of the left door was leaking at the inline gasket and the screen went out after about a week, but it continued to keep everything cool and it was replaced after a week. The capacity and technical features are nice, although bixby is pretty lackluster for an AI model. Not a huge fan of the inner door storage, but the beverage station is AMAZING. Fits perfectly in my kitchen. Definitely gets a lot of finger prints. Make sure to balance it with the provided plastic ramps so the automatic doors are able to open properly.

We are happy to have our new purchase from the best buy. It the advanced technology. We can do many things such as notifications what to purchase, note to family members, the most conviniant is water jug, no need to fill the jug.the ice maker is outstanding. Very well spacious. All the functions are very well introduced by liam the sales manager in the best buy. Thank you.

It’s basically a massive touchscreen that could do everything your phone can but it’s your refrigerator stream video pull up news view recipes make a shopping list and it even gives you ideas of what to cook based on what’s inside your fridge not to mention it has a separate door where you can get water and fills up a picture automatically complete genius idea And the ice is where it belongs in the freezer makes two different types. Got the five-year warranty so I’m covered for a while even though it’s a ton of electronics I’m covered so I’m good easy set up looks great.

Beautiful, modern, sleek, keeps everything cold, and has some cool features. This is actually the second one I got, as an exchange, due to the first one not working properly. It was a big problem, but Best Buy made an exchange easily. The second one works great.
