    I'll start to say that I didn't went to the store to buy this referigerator, however the seller pictured it to us as a great refrigerator and we were indeed attracted to features like the touch on screen and the option to use the drawer as refrigerator or freezer. The seller told us that the we can intalled ourselves because we only had to connect it to the water. Well some days after the first month in the house, the refrigerator aleady had a huge leaking of water coming from the inside of the front panel that we solved purselves by turning off the water so no more ice or water from our new refrigerator. We paid for the Best Buy 3 years warranty just be told that the refrigerator is under the Samsung warranty for the first year. We call Samsung to order a repair and we were asked so many questions including having to check with picture if the refrigerator was "level" and suggesting that we may have to pay for some repairs for wich the lady had to listen to me, seriously!#. Now, the touch up screen stopped working and we went to the store looking for asistance, but the 'manager" Lilly from the Killeen, TX store, didn't even care to talk with us at least to listen and present us with alternatives. We obiously got a defective and expensive appliance that hopefully Samsung would either fix or replace. At this moment and facing many issues, I don't recommend this refrigerator at all. To Best Buy, you guys can do better. I paid for membership and extended warranty just to be ignored and not listened on my concerns. I have a great purchase history with this company, but this may be my last one.

    The whole reason I made this purchase was to have wifi and AI included with a nice big touch screen, it's been a week now and I've exausted every wifi connection possibility. I spoke with both samsung several times and internet provider and both it seams are blaming each other, I even purchased wifi extenders and placed through out the house increasing the signal strength, and still the unit will not connect to wifi, I have a separate Hotspot for traveling I use for laptop, I did try connecting unit and it did connect briefly but unit cuts out all the time. Short of changing internet providers from Optimum to maybe verizon as a possible remedy I'm not sure what else to do aside from sending unit back to bestbuy for exchange.

    I had the bad luck of buying this refrigerator. It originally arrived with a problem on one of the doors, and Best Buy replaced it with a new one. However, the second unit had the door in perfect condition, but the ice maker didn’t work. After five Samsung technician visits trying to fix it, things only got worse — now the entire freezer doesn’t work and all my food went bad. To make things worse, this refrigerator is out of stock and cannot be replaced for another two months (maybe). I really loved its design, and I would truly like to receive one that actually works, since there is no other refrigerator on the market with this type of screen and design (at least none that I know of).

    I Purchased on 9/1/25 its now 12/17/25. The freezer is not working properly. It no longer is making ice and I had to go through the confusing steps of getting a service call which will take two days. That is a shame for how much you pay. Not happy at all appliance should last longer than 3 months.

    It’s very spacious and the Family Hub acts like a big tablet, offering streaming apps. We can read the news or watch programs while in the kitchen. We use the calendar to see what’s in our schedule for the day, we set ours up to display a slide show of family and friends photo galleries, and we use the Bixby voice control, like Hey Bixbe, open the refrigerator door”. So cool. We frequently use the auto open door with a light touch, helpful when carrying items or for those with limited mobility. The water dispenser is a bit slow when filling a glass but the pitcher refill is great. No more buying so much water bottles. The smart feature does have a slight delay so keep that in mind. And if you have other smart appliances, the refrigerator smart home integration features sync with them- In our case even tell us the status of our bespoke washer and dryer cycles. You need to keep a glass cleaner handy as you’d need to clean the fingerprints off frequently. Overall, we love the unit, although it was expensive.

    So this refrigerator has been great! We had an issue getting it to hook up to the Samsung account but that was an issue with the tech dept of the Samsung account portal. Not with the refrigerator. Once this was corrected and the Fridge was able to link up to my account the AI features are fun and helpful. It holds a lot of food!

    The Samsung Bespoke fridge is cool because you can change the way it looks — like picking different colors or finishes for the doors to match your kitchen. You can even add more sections later if you need more space. It has smart features too, so you can control the temperature or get alerts from your phone. One section can switch between fridge or freezer, depending on what you need. It also makes two kinds of ice, runs quietly, and uses less energy than my last. Basically, it’s a fancy fridge that looks good, does a lot, and can grow with you.

    So far I absolutely love this fridge! It has so much room, the screen is awesome to use when I'm going off a recipe or just want to be entertained while I'm cooking. The ice maker is amazing with the 2 ice sizes, and it's so easy to use all the functions, even for the kids.
