Great fridge. The only gotcha we found is the shelves are more fixed in where they will go, as the adjustments are limited. Small thing with the huge space it has. After nearly a month of usage, the doors still look new, fingerprints aren’t an issue, the space available is incredible, and it fits a large pizza box so for those nights… you have plenty of room. Thought we may regret not getting the in door water station, but the in door pitcher is fantastic and really suits all of our needs. The dual ice is a huge bonus and we don’t feel like we have lost any freezer space. Overall would most definitely buy again.

I recently bought this fridge and i was so happy about my choice.. the design was so sleek a lot of storage and the price for that fridge no one gonna beat that!!!

We had our Samsung refridgerator for just shy of two years and the compressor among other things already went out. On top of not having a refridgerator or freezer we had to deal with the absolute worst comstomer service, warranty service, and repair technician services. No BestBuy employee can help because everything is third party. I will never waste my time or money buying an appliance from BestBuy ever again. If you plan on paying for a warranty on an appliance, go somewhere else. if you want to be able to talk to an actual employee/ customer service rep PURCHASE SOMEWHERE ELSE. Will obviously never buy another Samsung fridge again. To only get two years out of a fridge is ridiculous! We tried going outside of our warranty and finding our own technician and no one will work on this model. On top of all of that it has been two months and two weeks and our fridge is still not fixed (a technician finally came to our house two days ago and installed parts, but it still doesn't work). After fighting and fighting we got a store credit... but we never want to shop at best buy again and they won't give us our money back.

Had this fridge delivered a few weeks ago and I am very pleased. The water pitcher is super handy. I’m a total ice person and this fridge doesn’t disappoint with two different sized ice cubes. I also like that they put the water filter where it’s very easy to access. I’m using the small drawer for cans of soda. It chills them right to the point where they are ice cold, but not frozen. This is exactly how I like them. The door shelves are wide which is also important to me. So far, so good. From my experience with it so far, I’d definitely buy it again.

The fridge is a great addition to our kitchen. We really like the auto fill pitcher. I didn’t see the need to pay more for the beverage center and the two types of ice are really nice. When we had people over for a birthday party the middle drawer changed to allow us to hold drinks and snacks. People kept asking us about it.

This new stylish refrigerator fits in our kitchen, and my wife loves it. I've purchased about a month ago and it works like a dream.

This is a brand new model. I really like the 2 kinds of ice. I like the feature that tells me how much electricity it is using. Would recommend. Would buy again.

Good refrigerator it’s a bit bulky, but it’s still good and we love writing grocery list on the fridge

I am so happy with this product!! It has plenty of space inside and the sleek design outside gives the look of a counter depth without sacrificing cubic feet. It's easy to program once you read the directions and the auto-fill water pitcher is a nice feature that keeps water from landing on the floor, as is the case with water on the outside of a door.

Love my new refrigerator and the ability to use drawer as a freezer too!

Very capacious with excellent temperature controls. Like the ice storage and mechanism. This particular model unfortunately did not have a beverage center that I missed to understand when buying. Need to examine the specs carefully as various options exist.
