Couldn't be happier with my fridge. Love the water filter and silence. The ice maker makes two different versions of ice. Love the separate trays. Holds plenty! Great buy!!

Bought this refrigerator about a month ago. Best Buy delivered it in two days. At first, I was not sure how to use the temperature settings and get the water pitcher to fill. I called Samsung customer service and they resolved my issue in 10 minutes. The refrigerator and freezer have ample room for every thing I want to keep cool, cold and frozen. The ice maker makes medium size cubes and small cubes. Each is stored in a separate compartment in the freezer. The water pitcher automatically fills and is always full within minutes of pouring water into a glass. And the water is cold. The flex drawer under the main refrigerator area is wonderful for storing soft drinks, sandwich meat, and other things. The refrigerator is very energy efficient and has been well worth the money.

This fridge is probably the best fridge I've bought in a long time. After a couple months of using it I've fell in love with it. It offers 2 trays for ice (small or large) which comes in handy whenever my drinks are warm and I want to drink them cold. It also has 2 compartments for storing my fruits and vegetable which is very convenient. Not to mention, the water pitcher is useful whenever I either want a glass of water or am making watermelon juice or really any kind of juice. I definitely recommend this fridge to anyone that's in need of a new one!

We love our new refrigerator! It’s beautiful and very large inside. Love that it makes two different size ice cubes and we love the water inside the door. The freezer is very roomy as well. Great value for the price we paid.

Love this refrigerator. I took months to make my decision. Almost went with counter depth, so glad I didn't. The water pitcher holds more than you'd think. Fingerprints, smudges wipe right off...no regrets.

We absolutely love this fridge! We have a small space and I love how it frees up space because there are no handles! We have had no issues and the ice maker is so cool!!

I love this fridge so much. It looks so sleek and I love the look of the white glass. The inside is incredibly spacious and easy to organize. My only concern are the shelves being glass - I'm used to hard plastic shelves inside, but this one I'm kind of scared to put anything inside because I can already sense a broken shelf in my future. My kids LOVE the self-filling pitcher - super easy to get a cup of water. The deli drawer is a nice feature for quick access and storage. The freezer, I wish was a little bigger, but I haven't had too much issue so far. The two different ice sizes and shapes are awesome! I also wish the ice produced a little more at a time, because I ran out when I hosted a party recently. Otherwise, this is an amazing appliance!

I really like the aesthetics of this refrigerator as well as all of the compartments and how easy it is to organize. The ice is a little slow to replenish which can be a pain when I have a house full of kids but U generally just prepare for that. Also, the water pitcher feature was not turned on as a default and that took me a bit to figure out. There is a control panel on the right door opening but it was not exactly intuitive, I will say I was extremely disappointed with the Total Tech installation. They left half of the compartments in the freezer rather than putting them in place, scratched the top on the wall which I had to then scratch white off the front of the fridge and made a small dent in the left door. They also stripped my top door hinge out when they took of the door. That is pretty unacceptable.

Love the look and quality of this fridge. My only two complaints are the following. First issue is with the ice machine sensor. You have to make sure the ice is scooped towards the front so it continues to make more ice. Second issue is with the water pitcher. You need to make sure there isn't much moisture near the edge or the sensor won't fill and also make sure it's pushed in all the way or it won't fill. Other than that, it's an awesome fridge that looks great and keeps things at perfect temps. The beverage/meat cooler drawer has already saved me money on keeping meats fresh longer. As for the vegie/fruit drawers, they seem to work well but I also prep those with a clean wash with vinegar and store my fruit in canning jars to maximize their freshness so a "crisper" function isn't needed all that much.

I love everything about this product, the features that sold me were the auto fill pitcher and the dual ice. its super spacious and worth every penny

Love, love, love this refrigerator! I bought it knowing I wanted to replace the stainless steel panels because of how easy they are to scratch. Within 2 days my daughter had already put a magnet on it and scratched it lol. I love how easy the glass panels are to clean. I love the water in the door. We use it every day. It is so convenient. We also love the middle drawer for drinks.

We’ve had the fridge for a month now and really love it. The hidden beverage centre with two water dispensers is a bonus, and it’s nice to have the second door behind it - a fun party trick. We replaced two old fridges with this one and everything fits in, and it saves on electricity. We purchased the regular depth double door fridge in navy glass and it’s very spacious. It has some wonderful additional features like two kinds of ice, UV deodorizer and one of the bottom compartments can be used as a fridge or a freezer. The navy glass does show fingerprints. However they are much easier to clean off than with stainless. Just use soap and water once, no need to wipe over and over, doesn’t leave streaks like stainless. My one caution is with how much of a gap you need on both sides of the doors if you want the face of the fridge to sit flush with cabinet doors or a wall. The manual doesn’t really explain the door clearance. If you want the doors to open 90 degrees you need just over 2”, but more if you want the doors to open wider. We only have 1” so we have the fridge stick out about 2” from the cabinet faces. So take that into consideration when building cabinetry. All in all it’s much nicer to look at than basic stainless and the fridge has nice unique features inside. WiFi features are more simplified than some of Samsung’s more connected fridges. But personally I’m not a fan of fridge screens and exterior dispensers, which look cluttered. This has clean lines and looks sophisticated.

This fridge is huge inside but also out. Even though the depth is similar to our old fridge that had handles, this thing is a monolith that takes up more space. Looks nice.

After much debating which version and features of the Samsung smart fridges to get, this one was the greatest balance of features and value. The water filler is impressively fast to refill and the two options of ice, crushed or cubed, are something you most definitely need. Still working out how and what to use the flex drawer but that is my homework now. any recommendations are appreciated :-)

I love the full depth of this fridge. It is very convenient that the middle drawer can refrigerate or freeze. The small and large ice cubes are awesome because I take a water bottle everywhere and the larger ice cubes don't fit in the narrow bottle neck. But I love large ice cubes in my glasses. The auto fill pitcher is magic. There is plenty of room for my family of four. The light is really bright. And al my produce is at eye level. Love this fridge.

Had this for about a month. Very satisfied with purchase. Although it took nearly a month to fill my order. No company nowadays seems to see the value or need to keep inventory in stock.

Havent had any problem yet. Stays super cold beverage drawer super cold for drinks. So great. Cube ice is awesome. Makes 2 kinds of ice. Can attache to app and adjust. Or turn off icemaker. Can adjust temps on drawer and freezer and i side main cabin. Loving it so far... and for the price. Alot of space.. i was loking at a priceyer fridge. 4k. This at 2300 was the best bank for the dollar for me.
