She is absolutely loving it. The flex drawer is something she appreciates as you can change it up depending on your needs. The two types of ice trays is a bonus with deep freezer drawers. It is neat that you can adjust the fridge’s specs from your phone as well. Overall, an amazing fridge for an amazing price!

Super roomy and the shelving configuration is perfect! My favorite aspects are that the ice maker is in the freezer, not in the fridge door, and the water dispenser being behind the mini door with access to shelving bins for drink storage, also enjoy the water pitcher with infuser insert! I dont often get super excited about appliances, bit this is the best fridge I've ever experienced!

I cant believe all the space it has and you can move things around to fit your needs. The only complaint i have and its a small ine is you cant get ice out if the same place as the water. You have to open the frezzer, but i absolutely love to two different ice options and the water pitcher you can infuse with lemon or cucumbers.

They have the best employees on the floor for customer service very amazing.

Love the flex drawer option and beverage section. The dual ice makers do take away from the freezer space but we knew this going into the purchase. Because there are no handles, the doors do get finger prints on them constantly.

If you keep your freezer full the ice maker and top freezer tray will ice over. The only fix is to take all of the trays out and wash it down with a hot, wet washcloth and make certain you dry everything before replacing the pull out drawers. The second issue is there is significant back pressure when changing the water filter. If you do not turn off the water supply prior to taking out the old filter and placing the new filter you have a chance of not getting it in correctly and causing a leak or a crack a part. This has happened to us twice in the 2.5 years we have had this refrigerator.

Replaced a Kitchen Aide with this one

Overall this unit is much quieter and larger than the old fridge. We like the "Beverage Center" and the general layout including lighting, deli drawer that can also be a freezer and the 2 types of Ice it makes. We have had it roughly one month now and its just nice.
