Purchased at outlet store as open box. Just a couple minor dents and scratches. But great thing about the Bespoke fridges can order new panels. Fridge is huge. Love the 2 styles of ice. The bites really cool down drink fast.

I was leery of Samsung refrigerators due to ice maker issues with my last refrigerator. They appear to have solved this issue by putting the ice maker in the freezer and offering two types of ice. So far it has performed as advertised.

Very nice refrigerator. We love the beverage door and the automatic fill water pitcher. Freezer drawer holds a lot. The ice maker provides 2 types of ice cubes very functional.

Love my new fridge! It feels roomier than any of the other fridges I have had. The middle drawer is perfect to store the sodas cheese or basically anything lol

I really wanted to love this refrigerator. It had every feature that i was looking for. I loved it while it worked. Then, after only having it for 4 months the freezer started to lose functionality. My meat was thawing. The ice cream was melting and refreezing. Ice maker was not cold enough to produce ice. I had it connected to the "Smart things" app. I could see the temperature that wanted to set it to, but it was not showing the actual temperature. I should've been alerted. After having Samsung Care come out 2 times, they discovered a freon leak. Could not be fixed. I'm so disappointed. Now, reading that others also have problems with this model.

This purchase was amazining. Performing well above expectations. the price was about $400.00 less that we could find elsewhere.

The refrigerator is a fantastic purchase. There is an immense amount of storage, and well laid out organizational setup.

We love our new Samsung refrigerator. Plenty of space for everything. The beverage center makes it easy to grab a drink of your choice. Best Buy team provided outstanding customer service.

Good fridge, the size is nice and extra drawer is awesome. The only con would be that the "nugget ice" was being promoted as similar to "Chick fila ice, which it is NOT. It is only smaller ice cubes not the flaky crunchy type.

So far so good I love the fridge has plenty of space and I love the middle drawer because I use that for the kids juices and snacks

Great refrigerator! No issues in the first month. Love the beverage center and the size of the freezer. Build quality seems high.

The fridge is big and beautiful. Love the varying options for opening the doors and the bottom freezer drawer. The flex zone, even though it is set at 0 degrees F, does not freeze much of any liquid to a solid form. That is disappointing. Other wise we like the fridge well enough.

So far, so good! Only had it installed into even 2 weeks ago. Everything works well and have had many complements. We love it install crew were great as well!

I bought it out of necessity. I love the flex drawer but the shelving for me does not allow for optimal storage. My previous Samsung was really good in terms of being organized. If i had time i would have shopped a little longer.
