Bought this to replace our 17 year old existing fridge. This is a similar model to my parent's. I love the dual ice cubes, the in door water pitcher and the fact that you can actually fit a 40 oz tumbler under the water dispenser! The ONLY thing that I wish i could change about this refrigerator is that there is no "accelerated ice" feature. Meaning you can't put it in turbo ice-making mode. I have never had a refrigerator that you can't do that with. We use a lot of ice at our house, and i get mildly paranoid we will use it all up on a busy day with guests over. Other than than 9.5/10 for sure

I _really_ like the beverage center. The water in it is always very cold (not true for the water dispenser water in my house) and unlike a Britta pitcher I don’t have to remember to fill it back up. I’m also very much enjoying the middle drawer which I am using primarily as a cheese drawer. The ice bites are nice and as close as I could get to have fridge-made nugget ice. Not quite the same but I like them better than the big cubes. My only issue of note is that this fridge makes more noises than my previous one. It’s not egregious by any means and, if you don’t have a home set up where the couch is 10ft from the fridge, you may not even notice. Overall, I’m pleased with this fridge and I’m fervently hoping it lasts longer than my last one (Kenmore Elite aka LG) because I was NOT planning to need to buy a fridge for another couple years. We just got the stainless steel face because we were pinched for time but I think the glass fronts look cool and seem like they’d be fun to draw on with dry erase markers.

I love my frig there is so much space not only in the frig but also in the freezer. And the two options for ice is amazing!! The only thing I can say is to let the ice trays fill up or get bags to put ice in as they get full when having big groups together cause it takes time to keep up.

Designed my kitchen based on store display. When the panels arrived a month and a half later, they did not match nor look like the store panels I had seen. White panels are greyish! Ugh! Angry! FRIDGE itself is great! Easy install and I know it will last like my Samsung Washer and Dryer and flat panel TV. This is the first time I have ever had disappointment with a Samsung product. I designed my last kitchen around the red washer and dryer they had on the market a few years ago. It turned out great! The panels are the ONLY issue I have had with Samsung.

Pros - Spacious - Middle Drawer is freezer or fridge - custom panels can easily be changed - Freezer is as large as it gets - Freezer door pulls out nice and far - I get instant alert to my phone when the fridge door is opened or left open. LOVE THIS! - No fingerprints! - Glass is so much easier to clean / I can clean with stronger cleaners than with regular stainless fridge. Cons - Inside drawer opens every time you open the freezer drawer. - interior lighting is blue colored. Wish it was warmer like the Bosch. - kind of miss having handles

I recommend this refrigerator. The middle section is perfect for drinks and snacks. The top refrigerator section is spacious and offers the perfect location of shelves and storage. The water pitcher is great for when you would like to pour yourself a glass of water and I like how the ice chest offers two types of ice and is easy to scoop.

I've had horrible luck with Samsungs fridges in the past but i had very few choices for a frdge that large. I love the changable glass front and the 2 sizes of ice NOT in the door. I also love the pitcher in the door because i can fill my water bottle really fast. They finally got it right. LOVE THIS FRIDGE.

My partner and I recently bought a home, that overtime needs some updating done - one of the updates needed is the kitchen appliances. We planned on using what was there for a few years, before making any large appliance purchases. The existing fridge that was there wasn't in very good shape, at least internally. The lower glass shelving was sagging, drawers were hard to open, the door shelves all had their plastic support railings broken - held together by tape. After a few days of living with that, I decided we needed a new fridge. I was looking at the LG that was on sale for 2299.99, a few weeks ago that model was 1999.99. The specs were somewhat similar - same cu. ft, 4 doors, internal water dispenser, ice maker, stainless steel. But I couldn't pull the trigger knowing a week ago it was was 1999.99. So I started browsing other fridge options. The Samsung - Bespoke 29 cu. ft 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Beverage Center popped up in my search. We drove 1.45 hrs each way to pick this bad boy up the same day, since stock is very limited. Well worth the drive and hassle of lifting the 351 lbs into the back of our truck. We made sure to hook this fridge up that same night. We LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE it. The design and quality is amazing, features, countless drawers, the Beverage Center, small and large ice cube maker, ability to view and change settings on my phone, the list goes on and on. So glad this fridge came up. We actually bought a Black Steel middle panel online, that's arriving in a few weeks. So excited to put that on, so we can mix up the color scheme a bit.

I wasnt sure about the beverage center, but it is very convenient. The ice maker makes two kinds of ice, and both are very pleasing. It takes a while for the icemaker to make ice, but once it fills the container it is allot due to the small size of the cubes. There is an app, SmartThings, that connects to the fridge. You can make adjustments to the fridge as needed. I wish the App would tell you the current temperature. It will tell you if the door has been left open. Make sure when you get the fridge the inside is completely wrapped in plastic and taped down. The first one we got was not, and did not work. The replacement that was sent was new.... Tip: The Temp controls are inside the fridge. Press and hold the bottom button (Door Alarm) to unlock the controls. When the lock dissapears, you can adjust the temps.

The sleek and unique design combined with the large capacity and the water pitcher make this my favorite fridge to date! The simple additions like the scooper for the two different ice types and the water pitcher make life just a little easier!

So far, so perfect! We had some very specific requirements for a new fridge and this one met most and more. We are a family of four and avid bakers and cooks so we tend to have a lot of food on hand and this has a glorious amount of space. First, it is oh so quiet! All of it. The drawers are on actual wheels not just plastic on plastic so there's no shimmying them in and out. My biggest peeve with other designs is when the shelves don't go all the way back. You can't have a 2" gap in the back of the shelves without stuff falling back there! No gaps here! Lighting? Plenty of it, but not like the sun. Ice? 2 lovely little kinds. The self-filling pitcher? GLORIOUS. The flex drawer is perfect and we use it strictly for snacks and drinks so the kids don't get their grimy little hands all over the rest of the fridge. Another pet peeve about other designs were the freezer wire baskets. We didn't want any of that. (You lose all of your icy pops in there!) These are nice and open, easy to see everything and move things around. Also! There is a great flat and wide space that runs along the front of the top drawers and it is unbelievably helpful! I can set my glass there while I pour some o.j. or whatever. It's a nice additional feature I wouldn't have thought of. Fingers crossed it lasts as long as it should.

It is a great fridge! There is lots of room and the middle drawer is a great feature. The freezer also has lots of room. The water dispenser is so easy to use and it’s great to add flavor. The only drawback is the stainless steel leaves lots of finger prints when you open and close. We are waiting for the blue panels to come so we can swap.

I was hesitant on this refrigerator because this brand has a not so good reputation in the appliance industry. However, we’ve had this a little over a month and so far so good! I enjoy the space it provides. The sleekness of the doors and my favorite part, a hidden water and ice dispenser. I love that the water dispenser has a pitcher for infusing water and the two size options for the ice is great! It did however take at least 3 weeks for the water to filter clear and taste clean. Overall I am happy with my purchase and hope that it still works just as good for a long long time.

Wife loves new fridge! Happy wife, Happy Life! Ice maker has 2 size cubes, very cool. Beverage center is very convenient. Fridge got down to desired temp in less than 3 hours after install!

Very trendy refrigerator. I like it a lot, I debated between several models and brands but I am glad I settled in on this one. Great capacity and very durable. It’s got modern features.

Very roomy. Easy to organize food and find it quickly. Love the water dispensers. Love not having ice in the refrigerator door! No clogging, just cubes. Discreet handle design as in there are none. Gives a clean look.

I love this fridge. It's very big and spacious. I have heard of issues with the ice maker on other Samsung fridges which is why I was on the fence when purchasing,but I think Samsung has fixed this issue because I haven't had a problem with mine. I've had it for a year and it's still very beautiful. There are no scratches on the glass.

Very sleek looking refrigerator. I love the ice maker with 2 different ice sizes. The water dispenser is hidden, which is another cool feature. Great size. We are happy with this purchase!

It is large. That is the first thing you will notice and we love the clean lines. It integrates into samsung's app for web monitoring and running the refridgerator. But we have only had it for a month or so. We are not certain of the long-term reliability of this fridge, but we hope that it lasts.
