This refrigerator was a recommendation from the representative we were working that day. We described our kitchen, other appliances, and what we wanted. We really like this fridge. The ability to use the lower section as either a freezer or a fridge is very handy. The outer water compartment is user friendly and a wonderful way to get a drink without having to go into the fridge. The ability to have more than 1 type of ice cube at the same time is great for different types of drinks. We are pleased with our purchase.

We finally found a refrigerator that has it all. The water station inside the door in door keeps the water off the floor and fingerprints off the stainless steel. The French doors allow for bigger items for the holidays and large pizzas!

Looks great in our kitchen. Roomy. The beverage center door gives quick access to filtered water. The ice access in the bottom freezer is the best I have used, but still not cuper convenient.

Although we’ve only had this refrigerator for only three weeks now, we really enjoy this in-freezer ice maker design over Samsung’s in-refrigerator ice maker. We’ve read many reviews related to the problem Samsung had with the ice maker located in the top refrigerator area, so hopefully having it in the freezer will resolve that flaw. Also, the beverage center is a nice touch for water, because it’s inside, the over all refrigerator has a cleaner look. It took a little while, but we got used to the “handle less” door design and now it’s not an issue. We enjoy Samsung products and hopefully it will last for years to come. Only time will tell.

This Samsung bespoke replaced a nine-year-old KitchenAid. The water filtration system is great I never knew water from a refrigerator could taste so good We love the two different types of ice. Food items stay nice and cold and free items. Stay frozen. The refrigerator is also a great show piece.

This refrigerator has it all - space for everything and then some. Ice maker is in the freezer area where it should be not in top of unit. Pitcher that refills itself when door is shut guarantees cool water for drinking always. The outside is truly fingerprint resistant. Am loving this refrigerator!

I love this refrigerator, it fits perfectly where I have it. My only reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I think it useless to have an auto-fill pitcher and a dispenser that only dispenses water, no ice, in the beverage door. I would rather have the dispenser removed and use the space for more beverages. Other than this, the refrigerator is spacious and I like all the different compartments.

I ordered the Samsung Bespoke several months ago and finally received it. What a fiasco! Now that I have the fridge I am still on the fence on whether I like it or not. Other than the top door Panels still being backed ordered until 8 Feb 2024 I think the fridge will look great since I have all the matching appliances (Blue Steel). I thought I would like the Water dispenser being on the inside of the door. It keeps the water colder but you have the door opened longer so, I'm not sure if I like that. I use the pitcher for larger beverage fills but it is to small to fill my larger water bottles. Having the 2 size ice cubes is nice but can be inconvenient at times and easily gets messy. The size of the fridge (29cu. ft.) is great and having the flex draw is nice. I have a lot more room now. The only thing is the the shelves aren't adjustable if you want to have a tall enough area for taller items. You need to use the sliding shelf area or the door to store tall things. For me that is not enough space. Beverage center is nice as long as you use cans or small beverage bottles. The area is pretty short. Drawers hold a lot of stuff and the crisper are keeps my veggies fresher than my old fridge. Freezer is a great size too. I definitely fit much more than my side-by-side did and it is easier to organize and see all the items. Not sure how the fridge will work for a bigger family though. I have 3 people (5 on the weekends) and it seems to fit all the food with room to spare. If you don't mind the wait it is a great fridge. I gave it a 4 star due to all the aggravation with trying to get it.

It fits perfectly into its place in the kitchen. It looks stylish and modern. We are very pleased with its cooling and quietness.

Got this bad boy on labor day and everyrhing went smoothly. The Best Buy rep was very helpful and got everything setup for us in a matter of minutes. The delivery was also on point too. They were prompt, professional, and didnt leave until I was happy with its placement. The fridge speaks for itself, lol. We are very happy with our purchase!

Given that technology for almost all home appliances has progressed significantly since the last time I bought a refrigerator/freezer, this is easily the best unit I've ever owned. The WiFi alerts work well, the amount of space inside is immense, nad better organized than any firdge I've used previously. Even the icemaker functions flawlessly; we've not managed to run out of ice even once this summer.

I bought this fridge in 2024. Overall, I’m pleased with its functionality. I love the beverage center, the ice trays and the overall storage. The only reason this Review gets four stars is it is a nightmare to replace the water filter. Replacing the water filter is accompanied by heavy leakage into the middle drawer of the fridge, which ultimately spills out to my wooden floor. This is a known problem. I wish Samsung would make it more simpler to install the water filter. You also have to fight against the water pressure in order to install the filter. Bad user experience.

I love my new fridge. It's sleek, stylish, well designed and works well so far (1 mth).

More room than I know what to do with. the beverage center is wonderful - no one is accidently hitting the door and water spilling over the floor. Love being able to add lemons to the canister. The freezer is bigger as well which is great. the ice cubes are great. love the little ice bites and the bigger cubes are no too big, just the right size.
