Never delivered

The new delivery has been canceled 3 times and I have yet to receive the fridge. It has been 4 weeks now and no fridge. Maybe it will get here on the 4th attempt who knows

Always the freezer

Did not last 2 years

Total Trash!!

I bought this 10 months ago, its been out for weeks and has a 2 year warranty and Samsung hires a company out of Memphis called US Appliances to repair their items and they NEVER show up. They make appts and I take off work and money lost. 3 times now, 3 weeks no fridge, and they dont care nor do they have a clue if whats going on. Samsung cant reach the repair company and neither can we.

Bad refrigerator.Installer broke my water shut off

I asked for a replacement. The second Samsung refrigerator worked right at first. It started not cooling correctly. I set the temperature to 34 degrees. I have to unplug it from the wall and reset it before it starts cooling again. The installer broke my water shut off handle. It just spins around and won't shut the water off. That is going to be an expensive plumbing bill just to get that replaced according to my plumber.

"Extra" delivery fee?? Really?

Fridge was delivered while son waited. When they got here they said the doors needed to come off to fit and we dudnt pay the "extra" for that. So the delivery guys dumped it in the garage and left. Its still there! Honestly, I'm disgusted and will never buy another appliance from you. Extra delivery fee??? Still have no fridge setup 3 weeks later. Dont buy from them

You figure a fridge would last longer than a yr. And of course manufacture warranty is only for 1 yr. What a joke. Save your money and buy a different brand. Unless you don’t mind not having a refrigerator for days until a technician gets back with you.
