Faulty filter system. They won’t help and know it

I’ve had to have the filter compartment serviced every 6 months because it leaked after changing it. The filter compartment where it’s housed has been replaced twice. It’s leaked to a point of causing flooding in my kitchen all the way to my office. Best Buy refuses to replace the fridge. The last time they said I didn’t push it in far enough. That’s a lie because it wouldn’t connect if it wasn’t. Samsung refrigerators are horrible! Best Buy’s customer service is worse. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND! And do not trust the warranty. You still end up coming out of pocket after 1 year.

I hate it with every fiber of my being. It is without a doubt the worst refrigerator in existence. Spare yourself the headache. Don't make the mistake I made. Do not buy this refrigerator.

Temperature Differences

The reading on the thermometer was at 50 degrees when the setting was set to 37 degrees automatically.

Don’t have my refrigerator yet and paying for it.

And they keep sending the same one everytime they have have to replace the old one. I am tired to be sending the same refrigerator back and have not got mine yet. And the worst thing is that I have to start paying for the refrigerator even I don’t have it. I have being communicating with Best Buy, customer service of the card, citi bank and they dont resolve nothing. Especially the citi bank people are the most bad customer service ever.
