We've had this fridge for a while. I think it looks amazing, and I really like the Beverage Center. The only thing I am not pleased with, is trying to figure out how to store certain things that are tall, like bottles for example. The storage can be quite limited in the main fridge. You have to adjust the compartments, and it can be a bit annoying. Also, the ice maker acted out weird once. I had to watch a lot of youtube tutorials to fix it, make sure it had the right temperature and settings to make ice. It has not broken down so far, so that is a good thing. Overall, it was a great deal. I am glad I purchase it when I did. It looks great on my kitchen. But I wish I thought twice before making the purchase.

I wanted this refrigerator so much that I tore out a cabinet to make it fit! Now that I've had it for several weeks, here are my pros and cons-which could definitely differ from others. Pros: 1. Still love the extra door that opens to allow quick access to drinks, and the option to get a quick glass of water or use the pitcher. 2. I like the smooth exterior with ice and water inside, and while some smudges do show, really very little compared to other surfaces, and those easily wipe off. 3. There is a whole lot of refrigerator space, and it goes deep - so much so that I felt the need to buy clear containers I could pull out to access everything. 4. I was indifferent to the whole Smart aspect until I used it! Very convenient to be able to change settings on my phone. 5. I love the black stainless steel, and for those wanting multiple color options, this is a good refrigerator choice. Cons: 1. There is so much refrigerator space - especially with the flex drawer, that you have less freezer space, especially with the two different types of ice. You will have loads of ice, but I really like a lot of freezer space and this has been a minor annoyance for me. 2. Because of the thickness of the doors and how wide they swing, it definitely took up more width to open them than the same side-by-side I had prior, hence having to take out a cabinet! 3. You can only store can-sized sodas in the handy section mentioned above, so that limits what you can have quick access to. Overall, I do like how this looks and many things about it, which is why I picked it to begin with. If it had more freezer space I would have loved it as much as I had wanted to, which was really just a misjudgment on my part!

This refrigerator has it all - space for everything and then some. Ice maker is in the freezer area where it should be not in top of unit. Pitcher that refills itself when door is shut guarantees cool water for drinking always. The outside is truly fingerprint resistant. Am loving this refrigerator!

My family loves the new fridge design. The auto fill pitcher and ease of access are great. The flex drawer is a huge it. We are choosing this to be a beverage draw which allows more room in the fridge for food. Also, you don’t have to search through the fridge to find a soda or water.

Love this fridge. Makes the kitchen look so classy. Love the perpetual fill pitcher and two sizes of ice.

Well, I have only had the item for a couple days but this is an awesome fridge. The instructions that come with it are not too good and you have to go online to see the full set of instructions. You need to use the SmartThings app to adjust settings, turn on ice maker, and turn on the pitcher full up and everything else. Overall, I am really liking it and there is plenty of space for food. I love the auto fill pitcher.

Great fridge. Lots of space. Great design. Keeps things fresh and cool. Loses one star because it’s a bit awkward to open and close because there are no handles. But it’s a preference thing.

This is a great refrigerator. It has plenty of space and the additional drawer helps segregate items. I especially like the access to the drink trays and the coldcwater pitcher. My chidren love the two different sizes of ice.

We bought this fridge at a great price for a house we just bought and don't have any hard complaints. Toke a hot minute to get it set up through the Smart Things app that Samsung has but finally got it linked. The door sensor comes in handy when I forget to close the doors. I did think I had a problem with the freezer making ice. But just turns out I needed to pull the ice forward for the fridge to not think the bins were full. The fridge is only like 3 months old and promise to update if my opinion changes but for now it's a good buy. I did make sure to spend the extra $500 for the geek squad protection to give me some peace of mind should I need it.

Really love this refrigerator! I really like not having any door handles, which it would be impossible to match my Kitchen Aid handles. The refrigerator part is huge, holds twice as much as my side by side did. Also really like the smudge proof stainless….Really like the beverage center and the hidden ice/ water dispenser.

I love how I can change the temp of the different sections on my phone. If I realize my food is getting too cold and almost freezing, I just go on my phone to increase the temperature a little. The pitcher on the inside is amazing. The water is so much colder than what typically comes out of a fridge because it sits in the pitcher in the fridge. The 2 different types of ice and the scooper is what sold me on this fridge

Got this bad boy on labor day and everyrhing went smoothly. The Best Buy rep was very helpful and got everything setup for us in a matter of minutes. The delivery was also on point too. They were prompt, professional, and didnt leave until I was happy with its placement. The fridge speaks for itself, lol. We are very happy with our purchase!

Coming up on a year of having this fridge and I have absolutely no complaints! We love it and love how easy it is for organization. I was worried about the ice maker giving out from Previous reviews, but it’s been great!

We love this refrigerator. It replaced a 5 year old major brand that had the compressor fail twice. The 2nd time after a new one was installed, it never cooled because they discovered an internal leak. We love that it makes 2 different sizes of ice cubes, great storage, the auto refill water pitcher is wonderful.

After having for a few months now, I can say this is an amazing fridge for the price! Easy to set up, tons of room, multiple ice types and it looks way more expensive than it is. Would buy again.

This refrigerator was a recommendation from the representative we were working that day. We described our kitchen, other appliances, and what we wanted. We really like this fridge. The ability to use the lower section as either a freezer or a fridge is very handy. The outer water compartment is user friendly and a wonderful way to get a drink without having to go into the fridge. The ability to have more than 1 type of ice cube at the same time is great for different types of drinks. We are pleased with our purchase.

We moved to this from a 20 year old Kitchen Aid side by side and wow it has so much more refrigerator space! We love how open this refrigerator is. We also love the pitcher in the beverage center and the two types of ice. We've only had it for a few weeks so we can't comment on longevity but it's a great looking refrigerator. A few potential downsides are the handles are integrated into the top and bottom of the french doors and that is slightly less convenient vs a standard handle. However, I think it looks betters so it's a good trade for me. Also, because there are no handles sometimes your fingers touch the stainless steel causing some fingerprints. This is pretty resistant to fingerprints but it does cause some. One nice thing is the metal on the front is magnetics so you can put magnets on it. I don't believe the glass is magnetic however.

Very nicely designed fridge - beyond my expectations. Love lovE the beverage center and the location of the ice maker with two ice cube sizes. Also, this fridge upgraded the look of my kitchen.

Love this refrigerator. The beverage center with auto refill pitcher was an unexpected pleasure. Pouring water from the pitcher is way better than dispensing from the water dispenser. Dual ice maker is great. Can’t think of anything I don’t like. Buy this one and enjoy
