We bought the fridge in January of 2024 and are experiencing "louder" noises than usual from it. There is a plastic piece between the double doors that is supposed to block the air from leaking between the doors that does not work properly, and we have to constantly check it. I would like to see more storage for the freezer area but overall can't complain.

Great Samsung Refrigerator!

It replaced a 14 year old much smaller one. We really like its' layout and features. We love the modern, sleek look of the glass doors. We certainly would recommend this model to anyone looking purchase a new refridgerator. Best Buy offered us a great deal on this model.

With the Samsung Smart things app, you can be notified if someone leaves the door open, control temps, etc. from your phone. Definitely recommend!

It is a "larger" fridge and is very spacious inside but requires a little extra room than most in your home. I give 4 stars because mine was received with a small dent in the freezer door. Couldnt exactly send it back as i had emptied and removed my old fridge already.

Lots of cool features like double ice make that's 2 different types of ice at the same time and storage is great ... Wish the freezer was bigger but all in all wonderful fridge

New refrigerator

Then I received this one and the same week it was replaced due to the freezer door wouldn’t close on the left side. Now that I have the new one I can say I love it. It’s much better than the one I brought 3 years ago.

It is extremely spacious and shelves are easy to remove to clean. The dual ice make is a great addition as well, though you have to remember to move ice forward every now and then so it will continue making more.
