We've had this fridge for over 3 years now and haven't had a single issue. It seems much larger inside than our last one but doesn't have much of a difference in its footprint. Having the icemaker in the freezer seems to help prevent issues over trying to deal with making ice in the refrigerator section like many fridges. We also really love the water pitcher. It's a lot more convenient than just filling a cup from the spout.

Fridge is pretty. I got the pink glass. It takes some getting used to with the handles. Ive only had it a few weeks and so far its working great. There is an issue with the french door closing correctly if you dont pay attention but if i lift the left door slightly when opening and closing it works fine. Thats is something i will keep an eye on. Ice stays full and so does the water pitcher which is the best thing ever.

Absolutely love this refrigerator. Set up so well, ice maker is unseen, water in split door, pour from pitcher or hold your glass up to dispenser. Easy clean with moist soft cloth, no SS cleaner. Huge interior, well thought out.

Installed a few weeks ago by Vincent and Fale. The installation was seamless. The crew of two were neat and Vincent explained how the refrigerator works. He even suggested that we get our water valve replaced in the near future. The frig fit in the exact space as our previous side-by/side refrigerator. The refrig works well. I just have to get used to the freezer bec I’ve always had a side by side so organizing the freezer was simpler.

Excellent purchase! Love the fridge. Great space. I absolutely love the extra refreshment compartment in the door the has both filtered water and an auto filtered water pitcher. The sales team was exceptional!

Pretty happy with this fridge however I will call out that during the hot summer months here in Southern California, condensation on the water pitcher has lead to some sensor issues in the refilling bay. A quick wipe down usually does the trick and not necessarily a major issue. Purchased this unit because the ice maker is in the drawer which allegedly will lead to less issues over time. Overall, we are happy with this purchase. We will see how long this unit lasts.

I really really like and The best ever I purchased

Fridge is a very nice unit. Meets our needs plus some. No issues with setup but finding serial number for product registration was a hard to take a picture for QR Code. BB delivery system causes an issue if you need to MODIFY a delivery such as Cancel Install service. BB schedule system moves you delivery to next available date and DOES not provide a chance to modify delivery. I could not find a method to talk with a live person at BB in Fridley, Mn or locally. Samsung unit is very nice

I actually love my fridge it's bright inside we can control temperatures on our phone. I love the two types of ice it makes and I can appreciate the beverage door. It's a hidden door for the water pitcher I think it's pretty cool. Easy to clean as well.

The inside of this fridge is amazing! The beverage station is the best part of the fridge. The two kinds of little square ice cubes are sooo much better than the old oval ones. There seems to be endless room inside the fridge and freezer. I’m very happy with it. I have one serious complaint, what is the deal with no handles? I spend my whole day washing fingerprints off of it. I see no up side to having no handles. You have to reach way up to the top of the fridge to open it. I absolutely hate this part of it.

This is the nicest refrigerator I've ever owned. It's more than expected in terms of functionality and the design/ergonomics are excellent. One thing irritates me though. At the price we paid, you should be able to select the color of the glass panes at no additional charge. The price they demand is simply gouging the buyer.
