Esthetically what I was looking for. Its just sleek and not bulky. Love the automatic water pitcher and the dual ice maker.

I love my new Samsung bespoke fridge. The glass panels are easy to keep clean and give a sleek modern look to our kitchen. The biggest complaint I’d have is though it was set up by Best Buy, it wasn’t turned on…. We thought we got a faulty appliance… after several searches on the Google machine we figured out it had to be manually turned on despite appearing to have power…. If you encounter an issue with cooling on initial set up… make sure the power has been turned on, lol

I love my new refrigerator it works great and there is a lot of spaxe

So far so good, we love the beverage center and ice machine options. I saw lots of complaints for food storage, we haven't experienced this pinch yet, but haven't experienced a major holiday just yet. The freezer drawers are very deep and we managed to find space for everything we usually purchase.

I had a great experience shopping at Best Buy. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful in guiding me to the right product. They answered all my questions and made the whole process super easy. The store was well-organized, and there were plenty of options to choose from. Delivery was on time, and the setup was quick and professional. I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely shop here again!

Very spacious fridge for your everyday use and has a great ice maker!

Great refrigerator. Absolutely the perfect purchase. There's tons of room. More than expected. The freezer space is phenomenal since i know that's a consistent complaint about french door refrigerators. I would absolutely recommend this refrigerator!

There is no other words to describe this as awesome. We love the water fill features and how quiet it is. The WiFi is amazing as well because I don’t have to go down stairs to check if the door is closed anymore when my wife asks me to check if she closed the fridge.

Samsung Refrigerator: 5 Stars However, initial delivery and Install team from Best Buy’s Compton Warehouse: 3 Stars. Suggestion: Best Buy should ensure that the Refrigerator Doors are fully assembled correctly prior to shipment to the customer. Our French door Refrigerator was delivered with lopsided doors and hence the Mullian Flipper would not slide into the correct position necessary in order to Seal the doors.

What more can I say?!?! Massive interior space. Door open alerts. Beautiful glass door finish. Beverage center with pitcher option. 4 produce compartments. Easily can fit 5 gallon jugs or more on right shelf side.... the list goes on!

The Bespoke is a great looking fridge. Ours was delivered with a dent in the drawer and Best Buy was planning to work with us, but then the water pitcher quit filling. When we called them to alert them they scheduled for delivery of an entirely new unit. Hard to complain when they are taking care of us like this. Just a bit of a hassle or I would give it five stars.

If you are wanting extra space, and versatile shelving then this is the one for you! Needed to replace my old appliance, and did some research for one that would fit my needs. This one has been perfect!

Love the fridge, but be warned this a replacement for same exact model we bought 3 years ago. Luckily we had the warranty because the freezer died, and they no longer make the board to just repair it, so we got a brand new fridge.
