    1. Automatic door sensors are too close to each other— both oftentimes open together. The refrigerator automatic door sensor is very handy, especially when both hands are full. If you have arthritis in your hand, the doors open for you automatically. 2. Would like the option of no ice maker in freezer; I would prefer storage space. 3. New grayish color NEVER shows finger marks— love that feature. 4. Both freezer & refrigerator has an outside night light— don’t have to turn on kitchen light when I need to get something out of either side when it is dark. 5. If your hand accidentally opens either door, either side closes itself automatically. 6. If a child/ or person leaves either side open, there is an alarm that lets you know the door was left open longer than it should have been. Cold water dispenser on fridge door, easy access for a shorter person and I use it to close the door. Overall, the refrigerator is sleek & streamlined. The manufacturer has to raise the automatic freezer door opener. Both sides are set by the manufacturer, although there are push buttons on the door. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 was because of the automatic sensors too close to one another.

    We just got the refrigerator June 10th and it's not working. And the in store Best Buy associates was no help when we went for our 60 day warranty return or exchange.

    Do not buy this from Best Buy. They force you to purchase a water connect kit that we didn't need. I told them at purchase we didn't need it. When it was delivered the geek squad took it back with them. So far it's taken 3 phone calls and 1 month and still no refund for this kit. You are much better off buying this fridge from somewhere else.

    Looks good but had several problems within first 12 months of purchase. Be ware of the "10 year warranty sailing point". Only the compressor is covered.

    I received 3 samsung refridgerators that were BAD. One of them has moisture coming out of the side and creating MOLD. Neither Samsung nor Best Buy will work with me. I will never buy from Best Buy or any Samsung product again. HORRIBLE!!!!

    A standard space for a Fridge is 36inches. when doors are closed it does measure 36inches but when you open the doors they stick out like 2inches on both sides and then makes that you really need a 40in opening for the fridge to fit and allow clearance for the doors to open

    Water dispenser is really hard to use. You haft to hold the door and puch the cup really hard to be able to serve you're water.

    I love this Samsung refrigerator. It works so well and all my food products stay nice and cold. The ice maker is wonderful and produces 2 types of ice cubes. It has 2 night lights.

    I love this fridge! I purchased it sight unseen based on what the sales associate told me and I am so glad I did! We have a bunch of kids so ice has always been hard to come by in past refrigerators and this one makes two different kinds of ice that is in a little drawer with a scoop and it does a great job with a household of 7! I also love the pitcher of water that automatically fills up located next to the water filler. Getting used to the water being inside the door instead of outside is the only thing we are adjusting to but this is by far the best fridge I have ever owned! BUY IT!

    Overall it's a great fridge, after owning it for a year, the hinge did start squeaking. But that's literally the only issue we've had. Already lasted longer than our last LG one. I did think we'd use the glass more with dry erase markers or something, but mostly we have notes up there for months on end.

    We love our new refridgerator! The white glass is really hip and looks really nice in our mobile home. We love that it is a smart Fridge and the features on the doors where you tap to open is excellent. Also, we love the two choices on sizes of ice that it makes. Great prices for this beauty. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!
