We love the beverage center and the app has been nice. I didnt seat the pitcher in properly one day while in a rush out the door. Before I could leave I got a notification on my phone letting me know it was overflowing and how to open the drainage area under the beverage center to clean it all up. Had I not had the app I would have come home to a mess because of my own doing.

Had a fridge with the French door and freezer on the bottom that was the same size as this one and this seems to have much more room in it. I really like the water inside the refigerator instead of out side. The ice does not freeze up into a chunk because the ice maker is inside not in the door. Overall very satisfied with this unit!

There is no need to do any other decoration, but the only thing i can see is happening is that everytime you opened up one of the doors automatically the other door opened as well so if yoi don't noticed you will leave one door open

FYI for anyone else buying… do not panic that your ice maker is not working after 7hrs, as it takes a good 24-30hrs to start producing ice!

This appliance met all our expectations and after 1 week has performed perfectly. The installers (Angel and partner) were very friendly and helpful working with our unique house and setup.

The first 3 months were great. Worked like a dream, until we'd had a bad storm. The ice maker wouldn't make ice, the water wouldn't come through and the freezer stopped working. I lost a good bit of food and things happen, so I wasn't worried about it. After going through Samsung since it was under warranty they came out a couple of days later to fix it. According to the tech, the bad storm must have shorted the motherboard in my fridge. Fast forward 10 months later, I get a notification on my phone about my freezer being unusually high temp. Thermal temped it and it was at 40 degrees. Went through support and they had me hard reset it and wait 4 hours before they could continue to assess the situation. Mind you at this time it was a little after midnight. Thankfully that solved the issue and I continued on my way. Fast forward not even a month later and the same situation happens again! It's 2pm and I'm at work. Thankfully my wife was there and I guided her through the steps. Nothing worked. Now the fridge and freezer won't work and the water won't dispense. When I got home I contacted Samsung and went through the exact steps. They then told me that they could send a tech but it would cost me for them to send out a tech and for parts. I stopped them right there and said I could send proof that I have a 2 year manufacturer warranty. Needless to say they didn't budge. This is where big brother best buy comes in to save the day! I will continue being a customer here and probably shop more here. They understood my frustration and offered to replace the fridge because it was STILL UNDER WARRANTY. I can't thank best buy enough. I didn't know what I was going to do with a 250lb paperweight. Needless to say, I won't ever buy another Samsung appliance again. Tl;dr Fridge died on me 3 times within a year, Samsung support sucks and best buy saved the day. Thanks again best buy!

Auto closing doors, easy door opening and open large shelving. Ice tray for 2 size ice cubes. Works quite… I have to say these details make such a difference. Kudos to Samsung engineers!
