Motor making noise

Less than 6 months after we purchased it the motor started to make noise. We call Samsung and they sent a technician and replaced the motor. Then on Christmas dinner 2022. The motor started making noise again. Called Samsung and I was told they couldn’t do anything. This is very frustrating. I wish samsung would take a little more responsibility.
