The color looked like it w was faded or washed out. I always expect the BEST products from Best Buy, and that is usually what l get. This was a different experience with me. Thanks

Text resolution not the best but I usually enlarge text when i am reading on my computer. Sometimes the monitor is hard to wake and i have to restart it. More pros than cons on this and the price was good so it works for me

Power cord is huge

This is a good enough for me as a second monitor. The power cord is terribly oversized and takes up room on my surge protector. No technical issues with it.
