    The monitor was nice, bright and clear, however, my son tapped the screen with his finger and it cracked.

    purchased two monitors for work, one works fine. My other monitor will often not wake up from sleep and I have to push and hold the power button to power off the monitor, then repower to regain display. It can be quite annoying.

    The angle of this monitor is a bit downward. I would rather have then pivot up and down.

      Please know that this monitor does indeed tilt. It has a tilt range of -2° to +22°, as listed in the User Manual.

      Place the monitor on a flat sturdy surface, hold the base down firmly with one hand, grasp the top center of the bezel with your other hand and push firmly and gently back. This should tilt the monitor screen back. To tilt the monitor down, just push the bottom of the bezel gently and firmly back while pulling the top of the bezel towards you.
